Amazing location, right on the promanade of the lake. Very, very helpful and pleasant staff. Flawless English. They sorted out a parking space and helped me secure one outside on the street/ prom front. Balcony, lake view room was amazing, the views awe inspiring. Small bistro table and chairs on the balcony for views, people watching and eating breakfast.
Smells a little smokey inside in some areas (like the whole of North Macedonia) and the rooms A/C condenses into a bottle in the bathroom, this smells a little damp and overflows if left running overnight

Right by the lake, convenient for walking. The spacious apartment has a balcony overlooking the lake.
Weak internet, TV is not working because of internet’s speed. The hotel has parking for guests, but since it's in the city parking lot, there's a fee of €5 per day. When we left the hotel at 7 am, there was no one on duty to hand over the keys and pay for parking. We had to leave the keys on the table in the lobby, but we didn't leave any money because we were afraid of losing it.
