It's not a complaint as it didn't cause a problem, but the only thing to mention was that the reception wasn't open before 10am, so we had to let the cleaning staff know we were checking out and give our keys to them as the reception was closed.

Well located, good staff but overwhelming smell of sewer gas in bathroom

The staff were pleasant and obliging. The elevator and the internet worked fine. The bedroom was fine except for the bedside lamps which were useless.

The smell of sewer gas in the bathroom. At times it was overwhelming. Sadly, I didn’t notice it until I was unpacked but I don’t know if they had any other rooms anyway. I washed quickly and didn’t even shower because I couldn’t stand to be in there. This can be fixed easily. I had a similar problem when having a new bathroom constructed in my house. A good plumber can put a thing down (it might be called a “trap” but I’m not sure) that totally solves this problem. In the meantime, I don’t think they should rent this room.

Bila Dea is located on the best position in a explenade area 10 meters from the water. Obeid and lake is the best and more butiful place for tourist and holiday makers.We have a wonderful time in Ohrid

Good location,friendly staff spicily Ivana front desk. Bedding was very clean ,but hard mattress and very old pillows. Good for a day . Look from outside very nice ,reception and stairs and rest of property good looking .

The bathroom was very small, not very clean, and outdated and smelly. The air conditioning didn't work well. Could be noisy at night, though this was somewhat expected given the location. Price is high for what you get.

Fantastic Lake Ohrid water views room in amazing location..

Amazing location right on the Lake harbour with beautiful water views. Close walking distance to main centre. Wonderful staff and service. Highly recommend. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket on your doorstep.

Great stay at the lake front

Nice lake view from window and balcony. Convenient car parking visible from the room. Good and comfortable room, good elevator.

The lake view from the seats on the small balcony was partly obstructed by sun blind and a huge useless flowerpot hanging on the balcony.

The perfect hotel!

I loved everything. The room was amazing and was exactly as described and seen in the images. The staff were very friendly and useful. The location was perfect! The price was also amazing. 10/10 would stay again!

The only issue I encountered was with a taxi. The receptionist booked me a taxi for 7am however, the taxi didn't show up. Since the reception was not open at that time she explained to me what I should do in case it didn't turn up and that worked perfectly!

Fantastic location and accomodation in a wonderful vibrant city of Ohrid

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Villa. Fantastic location. Within minutes walk to the centre yet a small distance from too much noise from restaurants and bars. Surrounded with options for food and drinks. Would recommend to anyone.

Parking is at a premium and the fact the Villa has a minimal allocation, I would recommend booking a spot at a minor cost for your stay.

The room was modern and clean and very spacious. The view from The balcony was stunning over Lake Ohrid and it was so close walking to The center of Ohrid with lots of Nice Coffee bars and restaurants on the way. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It is NOT a 4 stars hotel!!

Location, the view direct to the Ohrid Lake, the (paid) parking spot right in front of the hotel, the size of the room and of the bed.

First of all, it is NOT a 4 stars hotel!!! No minibar, a minimal toiletries (2 soaps and 2 shampoons), instead of a coffee/tea machine is only a kettle, no slippers and so on... Stains on the carpet and old furniture. Our balcony (on the third floor) was split by a plastic shield with the next room, the balcony awning is tattered.

The location. The villa is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff member Nikola was great.

We specified that we are traveling with a 2.5 months old baby, and we were still allocated to an extremely small room with no space to open the baby bad so we had to improvize during our whole stay since there wasn't an option to switch with a different room.
