Comfortable spacious family apartment with mountain view

Clean and spacious rooms, two balconies, well-equipped kitchen. Not centrally located but accessible by public transport. Super shop is located nearby.

Great location and views, but narrow parking and early check-out

+ Great location – about 15 minutes on foot to the main city attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. There are also a few grocery stores and a gas station nearby. + Very beautiful views from the balcony.

- Parking is very narrow – could be problematic with a larger car. - Check-out time is 9 AM, which feels a bit early. - The kitchen was missing some utensils, especially small pots and pans. - The main entrance door is quite loud, so in the mornings you can hear people slamming it.

A good place from which to explore the region.

Location was good - on the bus route, near shops, beautiful view of the mountains. The flat was clean and well equipped and the landlady was very friendly and efficient.

The property is on a busy road - and the traffic noise was fairly loud. I had to close the bedroom window because I didn't want to be woken by traffic. (This will change once construction on the Kramertunnel is completed.)

Very good

Goog location for exploring GAPA! The apartment was very clean and had all the needed kitchen equipment. Each guest had 2 towels for use, which was great. The view from balcony was cool.

In the offer there is written, that apartment has 3 bathrooms, which is mistake. It only have 1 bathroom. Also the host didn't communicate with me at all. I wrote a message the day we arrived and never got any answer.

A very very nice location in a clean house, but bring your own towel and blanket

Apartment was VERY VERY clean both inside and out. It was also much larger than expected and was very close to slopes, grocery store and within reasonable distance to town.

The address listed was not where the actual building was located; which made it very difficult to find. The heat in the apartment was also either not working or very noisy. Also supplies (towels, blankets, pillows) were very limited.

Good for a short stay in winter (thin curtains won't be fun in the summer)

It's spacious and bright and although it's on a main road it was quiet. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. Just beware of course the German/Austrian/Italian idea of a twin room is one bed with two matresses and these didn't seem to come apart. The kids both slept on the huge sofa, which was ok for the one night we stayed.

The thin curtains were hopeless. If you improve those it will be a great apartment. There's plenty of space. You will have to drive to town or the lifts but that's not a big deal. There's a good bowling alley very nearby and a good ski hire place just over the road.

Newly renovated apartment was the perfect fit for what we needed.

It was the perfect size for our family of 3 and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our travels, and it was a comfortable and perfect home base. Parking was right outside the front entrance which made it easy to load and unload our car. New renovations made for such an awesome experience from showering to cooking to feeling like we were right at home. The contactless arrival went so smoothly and was a breeze to navigate, even after arriving after midnight. I highly recommend this apartment and if we come back to the area, we will be staying again!

Sehr gute Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir waren 1 Nacht in der Ferienwohnung Butterfly 2 für eine frühe Aktivität auf der Zugspitze. Alles gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Die Einrichtung sah auch ziemlich neu aus. Den Ortskern erreicht man fußläufig in ein paar Minuten. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Defekte Einrichtung wie kaputte Gardinen( wurden dann in unserer Aufenthaltszeit repariert). Kaputter Duschkopf(hat das Bad geflutet) Schlechtes Internet.

Durchwachsen

Das Bett in der Unterkunft war das schlimmste in dem ich je geschlafen habe. Es ist zur Mitte hin abgefallen. Um die Daten zum einchecken zu erhalten musste wir mehrfach nachfragen um am Telefon an eine unfreundliche Frau zu Geraten. Als wir dann endlich den Code hatten, wurde uns noch gesagt das wir für den Parkplatz extra zu zahle hätten dabei haben wir nie angegeben mit dem Auto zu kommen. Das Plissee im Schlafzimmer war halb abgerissen bereits als wir ankamen und die „Ausstattung“ in der Küche ließ sogar ein brettchen vermissen.

Die Türklinke am Badezimmer ist defekt. Und die Gardinenstange am Kleinen Fenster im Wohnzimmer ist lose gewesen. Die Spühlmaschine in der Küche müsste mal mit Klarspüler und Salz nachgefüllt werden.

Für vielseitig interessierte Touristen genau der richtige Urlaubsort.

Sehr gute Lage im Ortsteil Garmisch. 10-15 min zu Fuß bis Inns Zentrum. Wir haben vom geräumigen Balkon einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge (Alpspitze). Unsere Unterkunft hat 2 Zimmer, der Schlafbereich ist vom Wohnbereich getrennt.

Jalousie im Schlafzimmer war defekt. Der Wasserdruck war gering, was beim Duschen nicht ganz so schön war.

Zweckmäßig, würde die Wohnung aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Die Lage, recht zentral, kaum weite Wege. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Direkter Blick auf die Berge gehabt.

Leider gab es einige Mängel im Bad: die Toilette läuft beim spülen über und die Dusche läuft auch aus, der Lüfter ist wahnsinnig laut und läuft auch noch 15 Minuten nach dem man das Bad verlassen hat. Die Küche ist sehr sporadisch ausgestattet, Pfannen, scharfe Messer und Bretter haben auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Das WLAN fällt leider häufiger aus.

Für uns war es sehr erholsam

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ziemlich nah am Stadtkern von Garmisch (ca. 2km Fußweg). Ein Edeka u Bäcker sind gleich in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem zum Schlafen und im Haus war es auch sehr ruhig. Diese Ferienwohnung ist zu empfehlen.

Bei jedem Toilettenspülgang musste man aufpassen, da immer etwas Wasser aus der Toilette geschwappt ist.

Lieber andere Wohnung buchen.

Die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön eingerichtet, und hatte eine sehr gute Lage. Alles modern gestaltet.

Wir waren von samstags bis eigentlich samstags da. Leider wurde ab Montag direkt eine Baustelle vor unserer Tür eröffnet, und ab da war bis zur Abreise ständig kein Wasser vorhanden und ab 8 Uhr war ausschlafen vorbei. Die Vermieter wussten davon, und leider hat man keine Entschädigung erhalten. Der einzige Vorschlag war 2 Tage im November, wo die Wohnung eh leer ist, außerhalb der Saison. Mit schulpflichtigem Kind und 10 stündiger Anreise nicht machbar. Auf Nachfrage, ob das daraufhin ausgezahlt werden könnte als Entschädigung kam nie eine Antwort, und vor Booking waren sie auch an keiner Lösung interessiert. Zum Glück hat Booking uns netterweise etwas zurückerstattet. Die Wohnung würden wir allein deshalb nicht nochmal buchen. Die Vermieter sind zudem wohl Gärtner, dafür sah der Garten vom Blick vom Balkon leider sehr ungepflegt und nicht schön aus. In der Wohnung schauten überall Kabel aus den Wänden, die Küche war sehr arg ausgestattet. Das Geschirr viel zu wenig, und rostig und nur riesige Töpfe. Die Parkplätze EXTREM eng. Dafür musste man dann noch 5€ pro Tag zahlen, sehr frech unserer Meinung nach. Man musste jeden Tag Angst haben, dass einem niemand ins Auto fährt. Für den Preis sehr schade. Da gibt es bessere Angebote.

Geräumiger Balkon mit Bergblick und Wohnzimmer auch sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Fernseher mit Netflix. Internet passabel. Parkplatz vorhanden und trotz Hauptstraße nebenan ruhig. Messerblock vorhanden Küchenzeile mit großem Kühlschrank, großem Eisfach und mit kleiner Spülmaschine sowie Backofen

Matratze zu weich. Küchenausstattung nicht mehr komplett und veraltet. Mikrowelle wäre noch toll gewesen

Die Küche war toll ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch sonst war die ganze Wohnung und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Berge sehr schön.

Ein Tipp: Im Schlafzimmer könnte ein Rollo den Schlafkomfort noch erhöhen 😁 Die Nachbarn haben viel auf der Terrasse geraucht, das war nicht so schön, aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts...
