Excellent place to stay with a group.

The house is great, spacious, well equipped. Comfortable beds, nice shower and bath and the kitchen has everything you need. Parking is super easy and there is a place to store your skis.

Large comfortable, clean apartment, nice views, kitchen well equipped, great terrace

Too soft pillow, if u dont like it, take your own, a bit dark barhroom downstairs, better to shave in the morning

Wonderful location and good amenities. Bridgette was very helpful and very communicative throughout the stay. Thank you for making it a very wonderful and peaceful stay.

Apartment was very big and spacious. The view was incredible.

Some light bulbs didn't work. Handyman came to check but still they were not changed.

Viele Mängel trifft auf schlechte Kommunikation

Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Wobei es in Garmisch kaum Wohnungen mit schlechter Lage gibt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Auch ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig.Sauber war sie auch. Allerdings rühmt sich diese Wohnung eine sehr exklusive Unterkunft zu sein , dass ist sie definitiv nicht!

Ach,wo fang ich an , wo hör ich auf ! Zuerst die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung/ Besitzerin ist sehr von Vorwürfen geprägt. Die Schuld wird immer auf Andere abgewälzt. Also hier die größten Mängel. - Keine tägliche Reinigung wie bei booking.com beschrieben Gar keine Reinigung! - zu wenig Handtücher ( wurden nachgeliefert) - zu wenig Toilettenpapier - Kein Fernsehanschluss , wurden gedrängt einem Techniker kurz vor unserer Abreise zur Wohnung Zugang zu gewähren. - Kein Winterdienst ( mussten selber schaufeln) - Zugang zur Waschmaschine/Trockner nur nach vorheriger Absprache möglich - defekte Handtuchhalter - Kein Strom im Bad für Föhn/ Rasierer Und wie gesagt, immer waren es die Anderen oder wir, die Schuld waren. 'Haben Sie was am Fernseher verstellt" - Strafe wenn ja , ein Schild weist daraufhin-50€ ...aber es fehlte eine ganze Komponente. Wir durften am Abreisetag länger bleiben, das war die Entschädigung, aber im Nachhinein würde ich es mir nicht mehr so gefallen lassen. Hochnäsigkeit hoch drei ...wir haben in Garmisch andere Erfahrungen gemacht und kommen nicht mehr!
