Very clean and well equipped apartment for a ski trip to the German Alps

Super cozy, clean ans nice apartment with all the amenities for a long stay. The heated floor, the ski storage and the sauna (55€ for 3h) were some nice extra perks of the stay.

The ceiling is a bit low because of the roof and you have to be careful to not bump your head but it’s also part of the alps house experience so nothing to complain about

Even though we arrived a little early, we were quickly accommodated and got checked into our apartments.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were wonderful, and we would definitely come back again.

A very charming apartment, nicely designed, with wonderful and very helpful hosts. The apartment is not very big, but it’s perfectly suitable for a couple. There is a beautiful view from the balcony, which we really enjoyed. There is free parking, which is a big advantage, but keep in mind that the parking spaces are relatively small and it can be a bit difficult to park with a large car.

Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and well equipped apartment. Stunning views of the surrounding mountains from most rooms and the 2 outdoor decks. Convenient assigned indoor parking. Private time slot in the sauna area made for a very relaxing time.

A spacious modern apartment close to central Garmisch

A modern well maintained apartment just 10 minutes walk from central Garmisch. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful offering to help with luggage etc. The underground car park was spacious. The online check in and check out was easy. We travelled with our dog and the apartment and Garmische generally was pretty dog friendly.

A spacious, well-equipped apartment with kind staff—my go-to place whenever I visit Garmisc

I stayed here during the summer and it was an excellent experience. The apartment was very spacious, with two rooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen that made our stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always making us feel welcome. Every time I visit Garmisch, I choose to stay here, and it never disappoints. Highly recommended!

Staff are very friendly and supportive. Cleanliness was excellent once checked in but their policy is further cleaning is charge to the guest. Shattaf were available in all toilets- we were very happy for this.

Any further cleaning or clothes washing is charged to the guest. This is not normal to our experience.

It was spotlessly clean, luxurious, and included a fully equipped kitchen, a stunning garden, elegant rooms, and relaxing bathrooms. The location was simply perfect — very close to the town center, shopping areas, and a bakery. The private covered parking was convenient and easily accessible. Excellent stay to explore Garmisch-Partenkirchen sights

Great apartment for a larger family. Everything is as per the photos, dining area is huge, there are 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms. Everything is well stocked so we did not miss anything. Underground parking is private to the building. Everything which needs to be unlocked is done via mobile app, the attention to detail is impressive. For winter time there is a dedicated ski storage area per apartment on the garage floor. We drove to the location. But given it's position you can easily walk to the Zugspitze Bahnhof, or the city center. Garnish hosts a large diversity of restaurants shops so could not really miss anything.

Washing machine/ dryer is coin operated. Honestly given the price of the room it does not make a good impression. Either include the price in the room and allocate a token per stay or find a different solution.

Best 5 days ever !!

This was an amazing apartment I cannot rate it highly enough . We have had so many let downs when it comes to accommodation so really was not that optimistic but it honestly was brilliant . We firstly were upgraded which was a great surprise , the apartment was so nice with an amazing balcony and view of the mountains . Air con was a god send , shower was brilliant . They have washing machine and dryer in garage which is also handy and the man on desk was so helpful . The apartment is a 10 min walk from train , Lidl and zugspitze train , also 5 min walk from town . Garmish has been the best holiday I’ve ever been on it’s so peaceful clean and calm and will be back

We did have someone meet us to give us a key.

I was a bit stressed about getting into the apartment upon arrival. Was thrilled we were given the code for the garage ahead of time, but was confused when we arrived because I had no apartment number information. I did notify them that we would be arriving after 1800.

Amazing experience just one step from the mountain

Super well located! Just 10 minutes walking from the mountain and nearby the city centre where you have many restaurants available. No human interaction to checkin, access the building, checkout, etc. The apartment was complete, furniture and utensils were clean and organized. The staff was always reachable by email or messages.

It could have some drink options to offer to guests, mainly water and sodas - perhaps a vending machine.

5 Days in Garmisch

Modern styled, big appartment with a good location close to the city center and also within a walking distance to Hausberg Skilift. The kitchen has all the needed appliances including a coffeemachine. You can acces the facility using a nice wireless system. We also received an underground parking space.
