Overall, the property itself is wonderful and very comfortable however, the neighbor next door tarnished our experience
Property is superb. Very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and the perfect setup for a family. Super close and easy to get it with your own parking spot. Nice yard to kick a ball around too.
The neighbor next door. Within five minutes of us being there, he came out and yelled at my son to stop kicking the soccer ball. After 4 hours in the car, I would expect a kid to want to burn some energy, but the neighbor wasn’t having it and my kid came in kind of startled. Then the next night we went out for dinner and returned just before 10 (quiet hours). He was standing at our fence when we walked around the corner to our house and started yelling at us about our dog barking. We didn’t know but there were fireworks close by that started at 9:30 so she must have heard those. We were home before 10 but he claimed all the neighbors came to him and complained and then he cussed at us in front of my three kids. He was completely rude. We’ve lived in Germany for a bit now and underhand the rules regarding noise/etc, but this guy was out to make our stay miserable. The next day when we returned, my kids were nervous to turn the corner to go to the door in fear he would be there again. Honestly, feels like he’s mad there is a rental next door to him and he’s going to ruin your visitors’ stays out of spite. We really loved that place and go to Garmiscb often (our normal wasn’t available) but won’t be retuning to this property due to our encounters with him.

Really nice apartment, perfect for a group trip.
The apartment is 10/10. Great social areas, but also offering good private spaces. New and top quality of the furniture and kitchen. Walkable distance to the slope, but also access to a skibus. Can only recommend.
Would have loved an option for earlier check in, but not a big problem as we could store our bags in the shed in the back. Slightly hard to communicate with the host sometimes.
