Couldn’t figure out how to use the stove. Wasn’t clear how to reserve breakfast; I emailed one evening enquiring about the next morning and didn’t hear back for 24 hours.

Great stay in Grainau, beautiful apartment in even more beautiful surroundings.

The property was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for a short trip.

The only thing that I would change is the mattress. It seemed to dip in the middle and wasn’t the comfiest.

Very high quality modern appartment

Very high finish modern suite with new kitchen. Large suite with two bedrooms. 100m from the train stop into Garmisch, all very easy. Resturant over the road

Peaceful, Clean, and Fully Equipped – Highly Recommended!

The apartment was very comfortable, extremely clean, and located in a very quiet area. It offered a beautiful natural view, including part of the Kaprun mountain. The cooking experience was smooth and convenient, as the kitchen had all the essentials. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The location is also close to grocery stores, which was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

beautiful room exactly as pictured. requested a first floor room and an apartment with a door that fully closes off the bedroom and both requests were granted. friendly helpful staff. comfortable beds.

a little far from town but a pretty 20-30 min walk to get there. nice restaurant next door if you don’t feel like walking. close to bus/train but infrequent stops require you to plan ahead or wait a while.

Great apartment with all the amenities. Stayed there as a couple but plenty of room for a family or a group of friends. Nice, big kitchen, huge patio with wonderful view of the mountains. Host was very approachable and any questions or problems we had were immediately addressed and fixed.

Nice, clean kitchen with all the appliances one could need. Room clearly comes without breakfast, but a small assortment of tea, coffee or maybe salt and pepper to cook with would make that first morning even more perfect.

Exceptional

The appartment was fabulous and exactly how it was in the pictures. It was very homely, extremely clean and our host was very nice. The supermarkets - Edeka and Aldi are in walking distance. We got passes for local travel from our host. The bus stop to travel between Eibsee and Gramisch is next to the guest house. The bus can be used to goto Eibsee or to Grainau Zugspitzebahn station where you can buy tickets, take the cog wheel train to Eibsee and then take the cable car to goto Zugspitze. The Regional Bahn stop and SEV stop in case you use the DB train to reach to this location is also near and around 3min walk. The view from the appartment was super beautiful in the day and even in the night. We stayed there as a couple and loved every minute of our stay. If you have a dog then you will love this place even more and so will your pet ! Lovely place and would love to visit again ! Many thanks to our lovely host for guiding us to nearby locations and making our stay comfortable and pleasant !

good location between the Zugspitz and Garmisch

there were 4 of us in 2 different rooms, no one slept well and we stayed for 3 nights. uncomfortable bed and terrible pillows. We were a mile from the nearest cafe and there was no coffee or tea offered at the property

The host provided us with a free public transportation ticket and gave us a good recommendation where to eat traditional Bavarian food. - Service was excellent. - Host was very friendly. - Convenient location near train and bus station in Unter Grainau.

Great stay for a family of up to 5.

Everything was nice and clean. Kitchwn appliances were clean and useable. Plenty of space and clever use of storage space. Great view of the snowy mountains. Parking space available and 3 supermarkets 2 min drive away. Just an hr drive to Fussen for your castle hopping. A transport card was provided but we didnt make use of it as we were driving.

Beds and pillows were a bit soft. Need some getting use to. Perhaps towels can be replaced. A bit worn out.

Modern apartement in a great location.

Modern apartment with many facilities. Big parking place and great location. Supermarkets are 5 minute drive away and the city centre 10 minutes, eibsee was so nearby. Wifi was excellent and the personnel friendly.

Beds and pillows were to soft for me, but my wife did not mind.

Well-equipped studio in a nice, quiet part of town

A modern room that still maintained a nice rustic/cabin feel to it. Fairly large with a little kitchennette that was well-equipped. The balcony was also large too. It was really a comfortable stay, perfect location with plenty of parking space. Eibsee, Zugspitse etc. are around the corner and the region has so much to do. I wish we had stayed more nights.

It was an awesome experience with this stay. From check in to checkout, the things were pretty easy and the host was extremely kind enough to allow early check in which was a great advantage, with the kids with us. The rooms, the view and everything was above excellent. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Grainau, Eibsee or Zugspitze. Thanks
