Good location, friendly staff, way too hot of rooms in summer.

Clean, newly remodeled. Friendly staff and helpful.

Slightly confusing on the parking but once you figure it out , it is not a problem. Very hot room to sleep in during summer, AC did not help and no fan, made sleeping difficult. Booking states complimentary wine but not included. Wood not protected so anticipate people will get splinters from doors or walls, especially little children.

Die Apartments sind sehr ästhetisch eingerichtet und verfügen über eine hochwertige Ausstattung (Küchengeräte, freistehende Badewanne im Zimmer). Grainau 1 am Fuß der Zugspitze mit direktem Blick. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Bahnstation zur Zugspitze und zum Eibsee. Einfacher Check-in im Hotel Werdenfelserei. Antonia als liebe Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Parkplätze am Gebäude. Bäckerei im Haus.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Heel leuk en mooi appartement, de afstand naar de Zugspitsbahn is echt kortbij. Dankzij de vele wandelroutes ook fijn om

Het knap ingericht appartement, de afstand naar de Zugspitzebahn, de vele wandelpaden.

Persoonlijk wegens rugklachten, het matras was voor ons veel te zacht. De sofa was niet comfortabel als je ‘s avonds gezellig wil tv kijken.

Geweldig!

Super mooi appartement, schoon, alles aanwezig wat nodig is voor een weekend weg, fijn dat zij de handdoeken en beddengoed verzorgen. Scheelt een hoop bagage! Niks op het appartement aan te merken.

Het inchecken was wat onduidelijk. Wij wisten ons kamer nummer niet en hadden in eerste instantie de verkeerde kamer gekregen die open ging, voor 2 personen ipv het appartement voor 4 met sauna en jacuzzi. Kregen toen ook niemand te pakken telefonisch, dus 15 min rijden verder naar het hotel gegaan om het te regelen. Dit was dus even jammer. Maar uiteindelijk goed geregeld!

Hier hoeven we niet moeilijk over te doen. Een fantastische plek. Echt top in alle opzichten.

Uitzoeken hoe de keramische kookplaat werkt 😃. Uur mee bezig geweest. Tip: Vinger er ophouden en schuiven.

Tolles Apartment in Grainau – gemütlich, modern und bestens ausgestattet

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im „Grainau1 Boutique Apartment“. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss untergebracht. Es ist alles neu, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Gleichzeitig wirkt es durch die warmen Holzelemente sehr gemütlich. Dank der Fußbodenheizung war es überall angenehm warm. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Couch und einem Tisch ausgestattet. Es gibt eine moderne Beleuchtung und zwei Fernseher mit Sky. WLAN ist inklusive und sehr gut. In der Küche mit großem Esstisch fehlt es an nichts: Spülmaschine, Herd, Toaster, Kühlschrank, separater Getränkekühler, Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser – alles ist neu und hochwertig. Es gibt eine gesicherte Unterstellmöglichkeit für E-Bikes inklusive Lademöglichkeit. Die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel und auch das Doppelstockbett bietet normal gewachsenen Erwachsenen genügend Platz. Das Bad ist sehr stilvoll und geräumig. Ein Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür, zwei Restaurants waren gleich nebenan und zur Begrüßung gab es sogar ein Glas Sekt – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Appartement liegt in Grainau in unmittelbarer Nähe zum katholischen Pfarramt St. Johannes, dem Rosensee und dem Kurpark.

Nicht der Rede wert. Super Urlaub! Gerne wieder.

المكان جديد ولكن

المكان جديد و نظيف جدآ و متكامل يحتوي على مطبخ جديد متكامل و اواني نظيفه وجديدة و ممتازة للطبخ وان كان ينقصه بعض الأشياء المهمه كالمايكرويف. موقعه ممتاز وقريب من بحيرة ايبسي و السنتر و أيضآ اغلب الفعاليات وقريب جدا من محطة القطار.

العنوان ليس بارزاً ولا يحتوي السكن على أسم بحثنا عنه لمدة ساعة و غير معروف عند الناس لأنه جديد ولكن اللوكيشن صحيح و يوصلك الى الموقع نفسه ولكن خلف المبنى. لا يحتوي على مكيف و عند زيارتي كان الجو صيف . الازعاج أعطونا شقة رقم (7) في الطابق الأرضي و تقع مباشرة بالقرب من الطريق العام و طول الوقت كان إزعاج الشارع ( المشاه و السيارات و الدراجات النارية و الشاحنات ) لم نستطيع النوم . بالإضافة إلى قربه من مطعم و بار وقد كان ذلك مزعجاً بعض الشي. المكان لا يحتوي على غسالة ملابس ولا مكيفات.

En fantastisk dejlig lejlighed i smukke Grainau

En virkelig flot og komfortabel lejlighed. Nem tjek-ind og imødekommende værtskab. Vi boede i lejlighed 6 med skøn udsigt over bjergene og Grainau. Mange dejlige ture i både gå- og køreafstand og hyggelige restauranter og caféer i byen. Jeg vil til hver en tid besøge Grainau 1 Boutique igen.

Der var lidt støj, når bilerne engang imellem kørte forbi på vejen og fra kirkeklokkerne. Men beliggenheden og byens charme opvejede det i høj grad. Knager på badeværelset ville være praktisk at have til håndklæder.
