Mountain Peak Apartment

Eine tolle Lage, nicht im Zentrum, aber sogar bei der Hauptstrasse problemlos (ohne Lärm). Norma-Geschäft gegenüber. Parkenmöglichkeit in einer Nebenstrasse. Viel Raum, toll ausgestattete Küche und tolle Aussichten vom Balkon in Richtung des Zugspitze-Massivs.

Auf der Webseite es ist nicht eindeutig geklärt dass die Wohnung nur ein Badezimmer hat und das befindet sich hinter einem von zwei Schlafzimmer. WC mit einem Waschbeken und nur dem kalten Wasser kann eine zweites Badezimmer nicht ersetzen. Das kann ein Problem sein wenn die Gäste befreundet aber nicht eine Familie sind. TV funktionierte nicht richtig.

Very large apartment, so clean, awesome location, host was responsive. Bus stop right near by to take you to main train station. Some cafes and restaurants nearby. Awesome view of the mountains as well. Very clear check in instruction.

Velký apartmán, vybavená kuchyň, pračka, velký obývák, 2 ložnice, obrovská koupelna s vanou a sprchovým koutem. Vynikající místo kousek od centra. Obchod přes ulici. Parkovat se dalo v přilehlé ulici, ovšem nejbližší volné místo bylo cca 400 m od apartmánu. Z obýváku úžasný výhled na hory.

Otevření schránky s klíčem vyžadovalo mnoho pokusů a brutální sílu (kolečko zcela vlevo se protáčí je potřeba s ním trochu cvičit, aby zafungovalo). Otevření vchodových dveří vyžaduje velkou sílu - člověk je zmatený, zda se nepřetahuje se zamčenými dveřmi. Ve vaně chybí špunt. Majitel se zřejmě v apartmánu dlouhodobě nevyskytuje, neb tam je mnoho drobností, kterých by si všiml a zajisté vyřešil.

The view from the living room is amazing. Super market is located opposite of the apartment and a gas station is just down the street.

The apartment is advertised to have two bathrooms which we, as a group of 5 wanted so we would have efficient morning and evening routines. In reality it is one bathroom and a toilet. Even worst is that the bathroom can only be accessed through the main bedroom which completely defeated our needs. A few minor things: the shower head was broken and the shower had the tendency to flood if you open the tap too much. One of the two fridges has a nasty smell, so much we didn’t want to use it. Technically you can park in front of the apartment but we had to park several hindered meters away as there are many cars parked along the road. Not a big deal but just that you know.
