An amazing property that delivers far more than advertised.

The Host was amazing from start to finish, and made the stay feel like myself and my Son was at home. I would highly reccommend this property, its layout, facilities, location, proximanty to both the Town Centre and Local Skiing made it a very affordable stay. If I had to pay more I would be more than Happy Too, as it is value for money.

Practical, but I would not return to this location.

Nice location—pretty close to the city center and the ski slopes. The apartment was spacious and well suited for a family of three, but a little old-style. The ground floor allowed us to also have access to the garden. Parking was available - which is a big plus.

Although the property owner is polite, communication was very poor. She never answered phone calls, and responses to Booking messages were extremely delayed or sometimes nonexistent. Cleanliness was unacceptable. The kitchen range hood filter was extremely dirty, and the area under the mattresses was also very dirty. This clearly shows a lack of proper cleaning between guests. The washing machine, which was essential for us, is located in the garage and appeared old and not functional. When I reported the issue, the owner blamed previous guests and did not apologize or offer any solution. Her reaction suggested irritation rather than concern. As a result, I had to use a public laundry service. We were aware that check-out time was between 09:00 and 10:00. Traveling with a 2.5-year-old child, we did our best to respect this. At 10:02, the owner rang the doorbell demanding that we leave. We managed to check out by 10:25, but the situation felt unnecessary and stressful. Overall, the stay left us with the clear impression that guests are not made to feel welcome here.

Location is fabulous (easy and beautiful 10 min walk from Hbf), great views, rooms are clean comfy and big, good kitchen facilities. Hosts friendly. Can not beat the view from the kitchen! Would come back again.

The owner doesn't seem to understand Booking.com's payment system. Even during our stay she asked for cash payment.

very nice stay

The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed. Especially the kitchen was really well equipped. we really enjoyed the mountain view from both balconies. The apartment is located very close (5 min. walk) to the next ski lift, which was very important for us. There is a garage for snowboards/skiers and boots. It is also possible to use the washing machine, if needed. The hosts are very friendly and always happy to help, if you need anything.

Pleasant

Location is really good. Apartments are quite overpriced (which is result of so many people going there), if you have 2 hours to spare, better go to Austria and get better service for half of the price. There is no reception in the apartment and owners are not always at home, so you might have to wait in case you need a key for the garage where skiraum is. When we called the owners, but phones were off, so keep in mind if you are short on time on the day you are going to leave.

Очень светлая , просторная квартира с видом на горы. В баварском стиле, добротная мебель, мягкие матрасы, полностью оборудована кухня, все кухонные принадлежности. Понравилось, что есть душ и ванная.

Appartamento confortevole e host molto gentile. La casa è vicina al centro cittadino, alla stazione per poter usufruire della cremagliera e in generale ottima posizione per poter usufruire dei servizi. Nel complesso consigliato!

Dat ik onverwachts 100 euro moest betalen voor een mini labradoodle ( kleine allergene hond dien niet haart) voor 5 nachten. Met eigen mand en bekjes en die niet blaft.,zelf daarna ook verplicht ben om te stofzuigen. Dus voor zon klein bescheiden schoon hondje onverwachts 100 euro betalen waar ik zelf alles voor doe, vond ik jammer. Had ik mijn kinderen voor uiteten willen meenemen. Dat is nu niet doorgegaan.
