Great location, two decks to enjoy the views of the mountains at all times of day. Walkable to stores and restaurants.

Very spacious apartment, even in a heatwave very cool.

We liked our stay very much, but although booking States there is airconditioning, but there isn't. However, as our host kindly pointed out, this is really not needed as the apartment really stays cool during the day and can be cooled down further easily during the night by simply opening the windows.

Nice location—pretty close to the city center and the ski slopes. The apartment was spacious and well suited for a family of three, but a little old-style. The ground floor allowed us to also have access to the garden. Parking was available - which is a big plus.

Although the property owner is polite, communication was very poor. She never answered phone calls, and responses to Booking messages were extremely delayed or sometimes nonexistent. Cleanliness was unacceptable. The kitchen range hood filter was extremely dirty, and the area under the mattresses was also very dirty. This clearly shows a lack of proper cleaning between guests. The washing machine, which was essential for us, is located in the garage and appeared old and not functional. When I reported the issue, the owner blamed previous guests and did not apologize or offer any solution. Her reaction suggested irritation rather than concern. As a result, I had to use a public laundry service. We were aware that check-out time was between 09:00 and 10:00. Traveling with a 2.5-year-old child, we did our best to respect this. At 10:02, the owner rang the doorbell demanding that we leave. We managed to check out by 10:25, but the situation felt unnecessary and stressful. Overall, the stay left us with the clear impression that guests are not made to feel welcome here.
