Stunning views and calm stay
The location is everything, quiet and walking distance to the center with everything around that is needed, specially a supermarket in front of it. It is peaceful with stunning views.
Families staying under us rather noisy at night at midnight hours not aware of the nuisance it may bring to other guests or respecting quiet hours. Luckily they left after two nights.

The BEST apartment!
Very clean and spotless, rustic and modern, very nicely decorated. Comfortable king-size bed. The kitchen has everything needed. We were super impressed. The sauna area was superb. 10 out of 10 rating. The best apartment we have had in town and we will come back.

Fantastisch verblijf
Super net appartement, zeer schoon en alles voorzien om je thuis te voelen. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Lokatie is top aangaande het centrum van Garmisch-Partenkirchen, nog geen half uur lopen. Het bed lag heerlijk. De smart tv in de woonkamer is voorzien van streamingdiensten zoals Netflix en YouTube, we hebben 1 dag flink regen gehad dus een dagje pauze van hiken was Netflix en chill een fijne optie voor deze dag. Een leuke tip, ga op een heldere avond op het balkon naar de sterrenhemel kijken, je kan echt ver kijken en als je geluk hebt dan zie je een vallende ster die heel dichtbij lijkt. Want het uitzicht op de bergen vanaf het appartement is ook echt super gaaf. We gaan hier zeker terugkomen!!

Ferienwohnung Graseck
Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung Graseck in der 1. Etage. Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und begehbarer Dusche. Küche hervorragend ausgestattet mit Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine etc.. Wohnzimmer mit zwei Couchs und großen Esstisch. Im Schlafzimmer ein hohes Bett. Schrank/Ablagefläche für zwei Personen ausreichend. Grosser Balkon l- förmig und damit immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Überall Verdunklungsjalousien in der Ferienwohnung. Dadurch auch relativ kühl in der Wohnung. Grosser Garten mit Sonnenliegen. Im Untergeschoss eine wirklich tolle Saunalandschaft. Im Untergeschoss auch Waschmaschine und Trockner. Vermieter sehr nett !! Wir können die Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge ist wirklich toll. Sauber, super ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und eine tolle Lage. Es gab sogar eine Flasche Wein & Schokolade als Willkommens-Geschenk, was ich nicht selbstverständlich finde. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Wir kommen definitiv wieder 😊
