The "Anette" holiday apartment is located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and offers stunning mountain views. The 60 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Please note, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessible only by stairs (no elevator). Amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, and TV. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The private balcony provides panoramic views of Wank, Alpspitze, and Waxenstein.



A bus stop with direct connections to Eibsee is right outside the apartment. The town center is a 20-minute walk away, and you will find many shops and restaurants on Zugspitzstraße. On-site parking is available, and there is free street parking as well. Pets are allowed. Skis can be stored in the basement, and a communal bicycle storage room is also provided. The property follows recycling rules; further information will be provided on site.



The key will be provided after successful pre-check-in. Domestic guests receive the key by registered mail. International guests are asked to collect the key from the cleaning staff (approx. 4 km away).
