the Wank, a mountain of 1,780 meters in the Ester Mountains. You can catch a few rays of the sun here in the mornings after you get up.
If the sunrise is too early for you, and you’re more of a night owl, then you will love the second balcony. This is directly adjacent to the living room and on the southern side of the building – the perfect place to watch the sun go down. That means that the Partnach holiday apartment is perfect as a romantic getaway.

Sehr schöne und sehr angenehme Heizung

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Garmisch, nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt und den nächsten Supermärkten entfernt. Dennoch ist sie so schön ruhig gelegen, dass man keinerlei Straßenlärm hört.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es einige in der Partnachstraße und den umliegenden Straßen - wir haben in der Hauptsaison (Silvester) immer einen Parkplatz gefunden.
Schlüsselübergabe, Abwicklung und sämtlicher Kontakt mit der Familie Mahr war immer sehr freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt!

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Fußgängerzone, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof und Zugspitzbahn praktisch um die Ecke. Sprungschanze 30 min. und Partnachklamm 60 min. Wohnung großzügig geschnitten mit viel Stauraum ,es fehlt an nichts.
Der Autoplatz ist allerdings knappt bemessen . Wir haben des Öfteren direkt in der Partnachstr. geparkt . Ohne Gebühr und Zeiteinschränkung .
Alles in allem sehr gut und jederzeit wieder.
