After a very bad start, we had an unforgettable time in this amazing area
Location was fine
Despite appropriate 'key' arrangements re agreed time of arrival, no-one was available to let us into the property, so we had to spend our first night in a hotel!! The only one available (after much help from 'the locals') was a ten minute car-journey away. Next morning we had the hassle of sorting out the mess. No official apology ever given: attempts were made to make us feel that the fault was ours. A meagre amount was to be deducted from our bill for the 'inconvenience' we experienced...... I am still not convinced that this actually happened. Furthermore we were then obliged (after one night) to move to a different apartment because of 'overbooking'......more packing and unpacking. Several items in the apartment did not fully function and it took several days/requests to have these repaired. The list of provisions in the apartment is far from accurate, nor was the place especially clean. We will not be returning to any property belonging to Frau Brigitte Schobert, and we would advise others to think very carefully before they book with her/ her companies.

Gästekarte falsch ausgestellt nur bis 25.09. Mussten selbst Sofa beziehen . Bettwäsche Blutflecken.Bad Spiegelbeleuchtung defekt Ersatz Stehleichte sowas hat im Bad nichts zu suchen Stromschlag.
Duschen in Knien wegen schräge Wände Kopf stoßen über all auch an Kanten Viele Wände zu niedrig.Kaution wurde verlangt 200€ und von der Kreditkarte vor ca. drei Wochen abgezogen war nichts im Vertrag gestanden Ach ja die Schlüsselübergabe: Eine Woche vor Reise hab ich angerufen,mir wurde gesagt Schlüssel und Gästekarte wird uns am Ficht 6 übergeben, also latschten wir mit Koffer tort hin keiner da. Mir wurde dann telefonisch der Code für Tresor durchgegeben waren nur die 2 Gästekarten drin und mir wurde dann gesagt die Schlüssel bekomme ich an der Ferienwohnung, also alles wieder zurück nach Garmisch anrufen wir sind da, nach einer halben Stunde warten bekamen wir dann endlich die Schlüssel. Das schärfste ist die Ferienwohnung ist 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof zu Fuß entfernt
