Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick und Garten

Schönes uriges Haus mit großem Garten und tollem Blick auf die Berge. Unkomplizierter Check-In mit Schlüsselsafe. Man kann in der großen Hofeinfahrt parken und wenn man das Einfahrtstor schließt, ist das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt. Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und eigentlich alles was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Einzig die Dusche im unteren Bad ist etwas eng und ein bisschen unpraktisch. Man kommt aber klar. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig und man konnte Abends schön ruhig im Garten entspannen und den Blick auf die Berge genießen.

Instructions for stove usage would have been nice

Spacious, perfect for big families esp the garden where kids can freely play. The grill is also good esp this season for family relaxation and bonding. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. I mostly have difficulty sleeping in accommodations due to the bed, but it was cozy that I don't want to get up yet with fantastic mountain view at the balcony. Location is also great since it is just a few minutes by car to the Eibsee.

Some dishes still need cleaning. Also the stairs are dusty with like animal fur. Windows in 2 bedrooms of the 1st floor is too bright without anything to cover it at daytime making difficult to sleep early during summer time and contributes to the warmness in the rooms.

Ausstattung zusammengewürfelt und in die Jahre gekommen. Das ganze Haus war klamm und wirkte ungepflegt, vor allem die Küche. Dusche im EG absolute Fehlkonstruktion. Handtücher teils alt und fadenscheinig. Es sollte dringend was renoviert und investiert werden!
