Amazing view, exceptionally clean and very accommodating.

The property was located within the mountains with easy access to activities. We rented the entire upstairs which gave our family the privacy with each their own room and shower/ toilet. There was sufficient cook wear, dishes, bedding etc .

Amazing stay

The apartment is spacious and very clean the kitchen is excellent and has everything you need . Wi fi is very good and the lacation is perfect and near all the facilities.

Amazing place to stay

Lovely and helpful lady met us when we arrived to such a beautiful house, gave us the keys and explain everything. The apartment for our family ( 4 people) is huge and exceeded our expectations. Everything we need for comfort life was there.

The “extra bed” was a quite hard and of poor quality. Pillows could be harder too.

beyond expectation! very good value for money!

Large room and modern bathroom. Possibility to use cutlery and tableware as well as a microwave, kettle and free coffee and tee. Soft drinks and beer are also available against a very small rate. Therefore you can have a small diner in your room. You don't need to eat out the door, especially when you eat a warm meal at the slopes at lunch time. In the evening you can use the breakfast room as sitting room, play a game, sit together and relax etc. In the basement the owner has a small bar where you can have a drink and play a game of darts.

the lack of extraction in the bathroom. The damp could only 'escape' when opening the window (and/or the door to the bedroom). Therefor after showering everything was dampt and wet. In the basement bar you are allowed to smoke. As non-smokers it was not a nice room to stay and you could also smell the smoke in the ski basement. Which was not to bad, but never the less, you could smell it when entering. You don't need to use the bar in the basement. The rest of the house smells perfectly nice and is non-smoking.

Friendly staff with knowledgeable advice on local activities. Spacious, clean room with an amazing view of the Alps plus a beautiful flower garden beneath the balcony along with flowering plants along the balcony rail. Delicious breakfast. Bottled water, soda, beer available for purchase on site. Hot tea, cheese & deli meat were also available in common area refrigerator. Easy access to hiking trails and to the town of Ehrwald. Bus stop is right in front of the B&B.
