Perfect place for a family

The location is perfect to visit nearby tourist places. The apartment was clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. The property felt safe and family friendly. All necessary amenities were available.

The bed for our kid was not good. The sofa turns into bed and it was not comfortable and felt bit dirty. We also found a spider on the sofa. A separate single bed would have been more comfortable and also there is lot of space in the living room to accommodate that. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Very good

Large well fitted out light apartment with lots of room to relax. The bathroom and shower were great. Large comfortable main bed. The location was great to get into Garmisch town, ski lifts or for just going for a walk along the river. The underground parking was vey convenient.

The property was missing curtains or blinds which meant the light woke us in the morning. The road can also be quite loud which all meant we didn’t get a great night’s sleep. The 3rd (sofa) bed was just about acceptable for an adult, and certainly there would not have been room for a fourth adult.

Loved the stay. Very beautiful apartment with everything you need. Very close to all the ski lifts and restaurants. Walkable distance to the city center as well. Loved the garage parking during rainy/snowy weather!

Amazing, clean and warm apartment, close to links to eibsee and town centre. Supermarkets nearby. Communications with the landlord very quick, good instructions. Everything excellent! Will definitely be back and recommend it to friends and colleagues

Very nice flat in GaPa with mountain view

Nice location, very affordable and fresh flat compared to other alternatives in GaPa. Underground garage available, laundry with dryers is a big plus. Facilities are just good, we did not miss anything. Good WiFi, friendly owner and exceptional contact via WhatsApp. Keys were waiting outside, it was clean & tidy when we arrived. Balcony with really nice mountain view, totally relaxing. Walking distance to cool places with beautiful nature - see attached picture. Whole family had a really good stay and I can recommend both the owner and this particular flat!

Sound insulation is not so good in the building. Totally OK for us, but once some guy from below knocked on our door and told us that we were “way too loud” (in German), while in fact our 3 children just played on the floor. The guy was pretty rude, and my children had trauma remaining days wondering if the dude would show up again.

We had a good time there and will be back as soon as possible.

The location of the property is very good to start hiking tours. Only a few minutes by car or a short walk and you reach the mountains and cable cars. Shopping facilities and the city centre are within walking distance - if you like to walk! Otherwise, just get the car from the underground car park and drive. The furniture and decor are a mix of styles, but it is cozy and has its own charm.

A TV is missing, so you have to watch the news or movies via internet on your iPad or something like that.

Excellent apartment addressing all your needs

We stayed in the ground floor apartment with a garden. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. We received detailed instructions before, and the check-in and check-out were quite smooth. The owner is a very kind and attentive person, and was always reachable via phone and thankfully very quick to react. There were also some snacks in the apartment, which we liked. Internet connection was excellent. The apartment is within 30 min walking distance from the town center, but there is also a bus station nearby. There are also some local restaurants and bakeries within a very short walking distance. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and would again stay there next time.

Nothing negative, but as a suggestion, a curtain in the living room would be a nice addition.

Als Ferienunterkunft nur bedingt geeignet

Grundsätzlich gut gelegenes Appartement für Ausflüge zur Zugspitze und Eibsee. Innenstadt per Auto oder Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit schönem Balkon. Pavel, unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Das Objekt beinhaltet sowohl Ferienappartements als auch Miet- oder Eigentumswohnungen. Unser Appartement lag direkt über dem einer Familie mit Kleinkindern. Dementsprechend war jede Nacht aufgrund des hohen Lärmpegels in Wohnung und auf der Terrasse um 6.30 Uhr zu Ende. Wir hatten auch unsere Kids dabei und haben durchaus Verständnis. Hier aber hatte man das Gefühl, dass man sich bewusst keine Mühe gibt. Bei Dauermietern als Nachbarn wäre das mit Sicherheit anders. Höhepunkt war, dass sich mitten in der Nacht irgendein Kinderfahrzeug mit wirklich lauten Sprachsignalen das Aufladen des Akkus einforderte. Erst nach knapp 2 Stunden war das Spektakel vorbei. Selbst durch geschlossene Fenster war es gut zu hören. Ein Urlaubseffekt trat damit nicht so richtig ein. Daher leider kein weiterer Stern. Das Nutzungskonzept des Objekts sollte überdacht werden.

Perfekt für ein Aufenthalt in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Das Apartment ist optimal für 4-5 Personen ausgelegt. Super Ausstattung und schöne Terrasse mit Bergblick. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist ideal. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Lampe im Flur könnte etwas höher hängen, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Апартаменты просторные, есть все необходимые удобства. Единственное, в душевой не помешало бы наличие швабры для того, чтобы убирать воду с пола. Также очень удобно, что есть небольшая территория на улице, где можно оставить коляску, дети могут побегать и так же можно насладиться ужином на свежем воздухе. Расположение нравится наличием пекарни под боком, поля с живописным видом и остановка совсем недалеко, можно комфортно доехать как и в центр города, так и на озеро Айбзее. Хозяин отзывчивый и интересовался как у нас дела, разрешил оставить чемоданы, чтобы не гулять с ними весь день.

Super sauber und geräumig mit klasse Panorama

Der Gastgeber war extrem aufmerksam, hat im Vorfeld alle relevanten Infos bereitgestellt und war auch während des Aufenthalts stets greifbar und schnell zur Stelle, wenn etwas benötigt wurde. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und alles war tadellos sauber und in Schuss. Der Kurzzeitparkplatz vor der Tür macht das Ent- und Beladen einfach und komfortabel und in der Tiefgarage ist das Auto gut aufgehoben. Weiterhin war das Bergpanorama bombe!

Durch die Lage direkt an der Straße sind hin und wieder Fahrzeuggeräusche zu hören, was aber das Gesamtpaket nicht wirklich schmälert.

Großräumiges und helles Apartement am Rande von Garmisch, welches wir wieder besuchen würden.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und das Badezimmer hatte sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken. Mit einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Kinderzimmer, einer schönen Terrasse und einem großen Wohnbereich (Küche, Esstisch, Sofa) eignet sich die Wohnung für einen Familienaufenthalt sehr gut. Des Weiteren bot die Wohnung einen eigenen Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nah und ein Böcker ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.

Uns hat lediglich eine Gardine im Wohnzimmer gefehlt, da man abends keinen Sichtschutz hatte. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war nur 1,20m breit und wirkte sehr instabil. Außerdem war der Weg in die Stadt mit ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg recht lang.
