ELMAU VACATION APARTMENT
FULLY EQUIPPED APARTMENT INVITES YOU TO ENJOY COZY MOMENTS
The “Elmau” vacation apartment in our Landhaus zum Hoariger spans 175 m² and occupies the entire first floor of the house, accommodating up to 8 people. The apartment’s exceptionally high-quality and stylish furnishings were personally selected by the hosts. The extensive amenities provide everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The large, modern living area features a spacious sofa arrangement perfect for relaxing, a TV, and an electric fireplace that creates a particularly cozy atmosphere.
There’s also a high-tech kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances that make cooking a real pleasure. Thanks to the large windows, the living area offers a view of the expansive garden and also lets in plenty of light. The apartment features four bedrooms—three with large box-spring double beds and one with a comfortable sleeper sofa.
All bedrooms are equipped with a large closet and an additional TV. The “Elmau” vacation apartment also features two bathrooms: one with a shower, a bathtub with an integrated whirlpool, a toilet, and a bidet, and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a guest restroom available. Another special feature of this apartment is its private garden area and several terraces with patio furniture and lounge chairs, all facing exclusively southwest.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
Upon request, we can provide cribs and high chairs for an additional fee.

After a long day in the mountains or when the weather is bad, you can relax and unwind in our on-site wellness area. In addition, our fitness area offers you the opportunity to stay active. In a private atmosphere, you can fully focus on your body and mind during your vacation.
Our 70-square-meter wellness and fitness area offers a variety of ways to unwind and do something good for your body. You’ll find a Finnish sauna, a steam room, and an infrared cabin, followed by a relaxation area with loungers and a water fountain. From there, a staircase leads directly to the large garden area, which invites you to linger. The entire wellness area features a warm and inviting design that creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. If you’d like to work out, a dedicated fitness area with several pieces of equipment is at your disposal.
