Great apartment in stunning chalet, expensive sauna

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and at the same time cosy. The hosts were friendly, attentive and very willing to provide tips. The table tennis table, sleighs and ski room are nice extras that my family enjoyed.

I booked this chalet especially for the sauna and was very disappointed to find out at arrival that there is quite a steep fee on top of the room rate (55EUR for 2 hrs sauna / 20EUR for infrared sauna use). As this is not mentioned on the website or in the info emails that promote this amenity enthusiastically, this was an unpleasant surprise and I decided not to use this service. I told the owner/host about my disappointment on the last evening and she insisted to show me the sauna so I would understand the extra charge. It looks absolutely great, but still I think it should either be included in the room rate or communicated transparently. The host was sad to hear about my disappointment.

Úžasné, čisté a kvalitné ubytovanie

Pri prichode nas privitala majitelka, vsetko nam poukazovala, boli velmi ustretovi. Apartman bol krasny, pohodlny. Bol nadherne zariadeny, utulny s ohladom na detail, mnozstvo krasnych vankusikov, vsade vela dreva. Rano nas cakalo cerstve pecivo. Vsade bolo blizko aj pešo. Deti si mohli pozicat rozne sanky a sankovat sa hned za domom.

Das Chalet Tannenhof ist perfekt auf einen erholsamen Urlaub eingestellt. Das Konzert ist bis aufs Kleinste durchdacht und die Räumlichkeiten sind wunderschön anzuschauen und liebevoll dekoriert ! 👌Zu einer Ferienwohnung mit eigenen Parkplatz gehört noch viel mehr ....was im Haus entdeckt werden möchte!

Was hat uns nicht gefallen?🤔Uns fällt nichts ein, außer das der Aufenthalt zu kurz war😉!

Ein Wohlfühlort!

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist ruhig, sehr dicht zum Lift und zum Ort mit allen Läden. Das Chalet ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Traumhafter Urlaub für alle Sinne

Barbara und Walter sind die perfekten Gastgeber welche stets um ihre Gäste besorgt sind und jeden Wunsch versuchen zu erfüllen. Die Aussicht von den großzügigen Balkons und den Fenstern auf die Berge ist phänomenal. Die geschmackvolle und sehr saubere Einrichtung des Hauses mit Original Altholz und Tiroler Stuben in hoher Qualität ist einzigartig. Muss man selbst gesehen und erlebt haben.

Total nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Eine liebevolle und detailreiche Unterkunft. Super organisierter Brötchenservice auch am Sonntag :-). Die Woche war genau richtig, um dem Arbeitsalltag & Schulalltag zu entfliehen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Es gab keine Dinge die wir bemängeln würden. Rundum sorglos Paket :-).

Hele vriendelijk host, Barbara. Halverwege de week nieuwe handdoeken en elke ochtend de bestelde broodjes aan de deur. Lekkere bedden, prachtig balkon.

Jammer dat we door de ene slaapkamer moesten om naar de andere slaapkamer te komen of de doucheruimte.
