The living room features a traditional farmhouse stove with a fireplace. The painted living room ceiling and the rounded vaulted ceiling in the kitchen have been preserved in their original state, making the house truly special. The chalet also features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate restroom, 2 flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and free parking... The kitchen is fully equipped. On the first floor, there is an additional living area with a fireplace, cozy lounge chairs, a sofa,... From there, you have direct access to the garden and the terraces. The chalet includes a fenced-in garden with a sun terrace, seating areas, sun loungers, a grill, a children’s playground, a garden sauna, and a heated hot tub.

Enjoy undisturbed living in the heart of nature—far away from noisy traffic, yet just a 10-minute walk from the center. The Ehrwald ski and hiking area is only 500 m away. Let yourself be enchanted by the impressive landscape and the magnificent mountain panorama that surrounds us.
