Amazing, well equipped kitchen. Great views. Nice hikes nearby. Comfortable beds.

Needs a couple fans for when there is hot weather. Windows and skylights helped, but less when it was 35C.

The apartment was absolutely charming, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The living room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and it was very nice to have several balconies. The kitchen was impeccably stocked with all the equipment needed to make a nice meal, and the owner was very friendly and accommodating of our changing arrival times. We will most definitely stay here again the next time we come to Garmisch!

The location is a bit of a walk to the nearest public transportation, but this is not an issue if you don't mind a scenic walk or if you drive.

It is an exceptional apartment in many ways. Location is close to several attractions. It is 15 miniutes walk to the train station. You can hear the river from your window. Two-sided balconies. great space. But what surprised me a lot - comfort, quality, and cleanness. I don't always meet such cleanliness in hotels. And it is two two-bedroom apartments. Despite good quality furniture, it is also fully packed with things you might need, including some travel guides, books, and desktop games for rainy days. There are a lot of parking options around the house. Frank is friendly and quick to respond. It is my first option to consider in GAP for the next trip.

I am not a smoker, so when neighbors from the ground floor were smoking, it bothered me. As it is 1st floor apartment, it takes up all the smell. We had a small misunderstanding on checkout, but it was more on my side. I notified Frank that we will leave at 10 am (while checkout time is 11). As our flight moved a bit we decided to stay till 10.30, but the cleaning team kicked us out. We were ready to leave so nothing critical.
