Loved the location and the host. Everything was well furnished. It is evident that care is given to the guests experiences. Thank you also for being pet friendly. We felt the kindness towards our animals as well!

Excellent

The apartment was lovely. Nice views out to the mountains. Very comfortable and clean, with real character. Ingrid and Fritz were pleasant hosts, welcoming and informative. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, with easy access to the town, facilities, and other transport.

Stay here! Great place to stay and have the necessities needed to feel at home!

This was the best location to get a taste of everything. The bus stop was near by and the hostess left us many options of things to do, sights to see and places to eat. More importantly, the apartment had everything and more that we needed for a short time there. I would definitely stay here again!

There were other guests and guests with children staying in the building and we could hear their voices consistently traveling through the walls or echoing through the hallway early in the morning. It didn’t bother us but it could for people that like quite mornings.

The perfect base for an active family holiday

The ground floor apartment was superb for my family with two kids. It was clean, well stocked, and the hostess had thought of everything and was very helpful. The location was very convenient: walking distance to the Wankbahn area, Eckbauerbahn area, St. Anton area with playground and nice views, historic Ludwigstrasse with nice shops, etc. and an easy drive or ride on public transit to Mittenwald, Grainau, Eibsee, etc. The garden with swingset was a big plus for my two active kids who somehow always had energy even after a long day of hiking. We look forward to visiting the Alpen Apartments again!

Great stay with the perfect location to enjoy Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The apartments were located at the best spot close to Partnachklamm. Our apartment was on the second floor and had a great view of the mountains. We could see Zugspitze from our balcony. All the facilities were great and the property was hence very comfortable.

Everything was great but there were regular pigeons on the balcony.

Exceptional

The kitchen and apartment was extremely well equipped with kitchen utilities, tableware, furniture, music, games and local information. The large rooms and the welcoming kitchen are fantastic. A great view from the large balcony invites to sit outside even in the winter to enjoy the view with a hot drink!

Great stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

The apartment was sparkling clean, had a comfortable bed, and everything we needed. The kitchen had what we needed to cook, including some salt, pepper, and oil. The neighborhood is very quiet, and there was a nice view from the balcony. The host was incredibly nice, and even gave us some lighter blankets at our request, since the ones provided were too warm. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Check-in and check-out weren't clearly indicated on the booking information. We had to call to learn about the lock box with the keys, which was fine. For checking out we couldn't reach the host, so we just put the keys back in the lock box and sent a message. It would have been better to have more clear instructions, like an email with the lockbox code upon arrival and know what to expect, so we didn't need to bother the host.

Es war ein wunderschöner erlebnisreicher Urlaub

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch unsere Vermieterin.Sie hat uns einiges zur Umgebung erzählt und was es für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt.Auch unserer kleiner Hund war willkommen und hat ein Willkommens-Leckerli bekommen.Wir hatten das Appartement im EG mit Terrasse und Rasen, was praktisch mit unserem Hund war.Ansonsten war das Appartement richtig liebevoll eingerichtet und es war wirklich an alles gedacht.Die fantastische Lage nicht zu vergessen, zu Fuß konnte man zur Olympiaschanze gehen.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Insgesamt ein wirklich empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Apartment. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns bei der Ankunft einen ausführlichen Guide mit Tipps und Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten in Garmisch gegeben und uns sogar Karten zur Verfügung gestellt. Besonders schön war auch, dass wir Fahrräder ausleihen konnten, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Apartment selbst war äußerst sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Lage – das Apartment befindet sich etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Es fährt jedoch stündlich ein Bus, und wir haben den Weg oft als angenehmen Spaziergang durch Garmisch genutzt. Dabei hat man sogar einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Zugspitze. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist zudem die Nähe zur Partnachklamm.

Très bien

Logement dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Parking souterrain mis à dispo mais pas utile car toujours de la place dans la rue gratuitement. proche de l'ancien stade olympique et accès aux gorges à pied depuis l'établissement. Logement confortable et très bien équipé. Ingrid a été très accueillante et nous a fourni beaucoup d'infos sur les choses à faire alentours. ludwigstrass, rue piétonne de Garmisch accessible en 16min à pied. beaucoup plus loin (40min) de la zone piétonne de partenkirchen mais arrêt de bus à proximité de l'appartement).

Jamais évident d'appeler 30min avant d'arriver, dans une langue étrangère pour s'assurer que quelqu'un sera là pour la remise des clés. Textos restés sans réponse, je ne sais pas si ça a fonctionné. Aucune info pour le check out car plus de communication avec Ingrid après l'arrivée.

Schöne ruhige Lage

Eine sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Olympiaschanze. Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin.

In Garmisch-Partenkirchen ist ein wenig zuviel Autoverkehr... aber in der Wohnung war es schön ruhig.

Es war soweit okay

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen, ein paar Minuten vom Olympia Haus und nicht weit vom Eingang der Partnachklamm. Die Wohnung war bis auf eins, zwei Kleinigkeiten sehr sauber, die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat uns auch als die Wohnung noch nicht fertig war, Kaffee und Kuchen ausgegeben. Von dem kleinen Balkon hat man einen schönen Bergblick.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten leider einen Nachbarn, der genau abends, wenn man zur Ruhe kommen wollte, stundenlang laut auf dem Balkon telefoniert hat und danach ging der Fernseher an. Da das Bett sich im Wohnzimmer befindet, hat es immer ein wenig gedauert, bis man den Lärm vom Nachbarn ausblenden konnte, um zu Schlafen. Es war soweit sauber, hatte im Bad mal Silberfische endeckt und der Kaffee vom Vorgänger war noch in der Kaffeemaschine und kleine Essensreste am Schöpflöffel.Das war, glaube ich der Situation geschuldet, dass wegen Krankheit, die Gastgeberin die ganzen Apartments alleine sauber machen musste und wir deswegen auch erst 2 Stunden später als angekündigt in die Wohnung konnten. In der Küche würde ich die Stühle erneuern!(Bild anhängend)

War einfach super

Es gibt eine gute Verbindung mit den Öffis und man ist schnell zu Fuß im Ort. Super war auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockener. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett und hat auch Ausflugstipps gegeben.

Ruim en schoon appartement.

Dicht bij de Eckbauerbahn voor wandelingen. Appartement is ruim en van alle zaken voorzien die je nodig hebt. Parkeren in garage onder de woning. Centrum is op loopafstand, als ook een supermarkt.

Určitě doporučuji.

Byt byl velice prostorný. Byli jsme velice spokojení. Krásný, čistý, světlý byt. V bytě bylo vše, co potřebujete. Kuchyně plně vybavena. Autem kousek do centra, pěšky příjemná procházka. Obchod Netto cca 10 min chůzí, přes ulici obchod s nápoji. Parkování přímo před domem a nebo v garáži. Tam ale jen bez rakve, vyšší auto např. kodiaq se tam nevejde.

Se vším jsme byli spokojení.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Uns hat es wieder sehr gut in Garmisch-Partenkirchen gefallen.
