Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, lag in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und idyllisch im Grünen, nur ca 10min Fußweg vom Bahnhof Garmisch-Partenkirchen und ca 5min Fußweg zum REWE (Supermarkt).
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Garten stand ein Trampolin und eine Schaukel, die von unserem Kind mitgenutzt werden konnte. Die Ausstattung im Ferienhaus war hervorragend und sehr gut durchdacht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Es gab rein gar nichts auszusetzen.

The location of the property was very good for our needs and the ability to park a car at the door was very helpful considering we had Ski gear.
The apartment itself was nicely sized and the owners living near by, so help is never far away. One night when we left our car lights on the owner's father called and let us know ( thankfully avoiding a flat battery in the morning.
Also found that any questions we had of the owner were swift answered ( within minutes)
The internet connectivity wasn't great and unsuitable for any type of streaming. We experienced 1.2 - 2.5 mbps throughout our stay and mostly relied on our phone plans for our internet needs
It didn't affect us too much as there was great phone reception but i could imagine if you have a few kids looking to use their devices it may become an issue if you don't have good data plans.
