Very spacious and relaxing apartment.

The photos and information posted about facilities were accurate. The apartment was spacious and roomy. Kitchen utilities were also complete. Staying there was very relaxing and comfortable, you can hear the water flowing down a stream at the back which you can see in the balcony. The host named Nico was very nice and answer all our queries.

Beauty & Relaxation in one

It was a fantastic apartment with great attention to detail and comfort. I had excellent communication with the host and felt immediately at home. Easy walking distance (5 mins) to town and a few grocery stores. I know my husband & I will come again!

Perfect apartment in great location

The apartment was beautiful! The style and decorations were simple and modern. I loved it! The beds were comfortable. Bedding soft and clean. And the kitchen had everything we needed. The back deck overlooking the river was such a delight! We sat out there both nights after a busy day and it was so relaxing. The owner is on site and he was so kind and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions about the area. We love staying in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and would most definitely stay in this apartment the next time we come!!

Very spacious and luxurious appartment close by the Garmisch city center (walking distance). The appartment was newly constructed by the owner. 360 degree views of the mountains and river. The host is very supportive and nice

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN GARMISCH!

fabulous setting with an amazing view. directly next to the babbling brook and walking distance from restaurants and shops. the rooms were airy and fresh. fully remodeled to a high standard. we absolutely LOVED the balcony for morning coffee and evening sunset. highly recommend this amazing apartment for family and friends.

Beautiful location surrounded by mountains and water, great hosts

The apartment is spacious and stunning, as is the view. From the balcony we could see the mountains and hear the Loisach river, where some people were bathing, as it was extremely hot when we were there — though with the windows closed, the apartment remained cool inside. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (and more!). The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful all the way. Bonus points: There is a hiking spot not fifteen minutes from the apartment! All in all, I would definitely recommend.

Superb

Amazing stay by the river Loisach, with a spacious balcony to immerse in its perpetual burble. We (4 people) had a great time at the place. Great host, well-furnished living space. For bad weather, there is even a "secret" stash of board games! Overall great experience for an affordable price.

Es ist alles sehr modern eingerichtet und die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und möchte auch, dass man einen tollen Urlaub hat. Er hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Wünsche und ist immer erreichbar.

Der Ort zeichnete sich durch eine wunderschöne Aussicht und gemütlichen Komfort aus:) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hierher zurück.

Moderne, komfortable und sehr saubere Wohnung. Tolle Ausstattung, es fehlte an nichts. Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert.
