excellent stay

Very polite and responsive host, answered all our needs quickly. The appartment is spacious and clean, well maintained with all necessities for short stay. There was washing room in tje basement with is very usefull and aslo underground parking wich is very comfortable. As a hall we are satisfied of our stay, it was comfortable.

Excellent apartment for discovering Garmisch and surrounding areas

easy check in and out, very spacious apartment, excellent location for day trips, underground garage for parking car, bakery just 50m away, very friendly and responsive host - thanks!

improvement suggestions: provide a few more forks, knives and spoons and plates, salt and pepper, larger table to eat at, maybe another sofa or comfy chairs to sit on in the living area, small television for those wanting to the news and some basic cleaning items such as dust pan and brush, toilet cleaner so that it can be cleaned by guests if needed. Just ideas to make it even better from a guest's perspective.

Idealny dla 2 osób, ale nie 4.

Apartament bardzo duży, kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, dużą zaletą był podziemny parking. Kontakt z gospodarzem znakomity - odpowiadał szybko, reagował na wszystkie prośby. Łazienka bardzo duża i wygodna.

Apartament był przewidziany na 4 osoby. W pokoju, gdzie była rozkładana sofa nie było żadnej szafki/komody/regału, gdzie można było rozpakować walizkę. Pokój był ogromny, a nie było żadnego miejsca do przechowywania. Rozkładana sofa miała bardzo brudną tapicerkę. Wymaga wymiany albo wyczyszczenia.

Tolle Wohnung, schön, gepflegt und großzügig, Parken in der Tiefgarage inklusive.

Leider war die angrenzende Straße durch den Verkehr sehr laut, dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts.

Großzügige Wohnung, nahe Stadtzentrum.

Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet, ferner sind grundlegende Gewürze, Öl und eine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Aldi/Edeka, Metzger) fußläufig (ca 1 km) vorhanden. Im Nachbarhaus ein kleines chinesisches Lokal, mit ordentlichem Essen zu fairen Preisen. Das Doppelbett bequem, die Schlafcouch für den dritten Mann ebenfalls ausreichend. Bettzeug und Handtücher, Handseife vorhanden. Das Badezimmer groß und ferner ein überdachter Balkon, auf dem wir gemütlich und trocken sitzen konnten. Da wir zu den BMW-Days mit den Motorräder angereist sind, konnten wir die Tiefgarage nutzen. Der Check-in lief via WhatsApp komplikationslos, alles weitere ebenfalls ohne Probleme.

Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte wissen das die Wohnung an einer sehr befahrenen Straße liegt und es bei offenem Fenster in den Morgenstunden etwas unruhig wird. Ferner ist der Raum mit der Schlafcouch nicht vollständig abzudunkeln, sodass dies anzumerken ist und leichten Punktabzug gibt.

Die Größe und die Lage

Küche nicht gut ausgestattet, Nachbarn, Babybett defekt, anfangs kein Kinderstuhl, Wohnzimmer konnte nicht vollständig abgedunkelt werden, Duschablauf nicht gründlich gereinigt, Seife war leer.

Die Dusche lief nicht richtig ab und dadurch über und das Problem konnte nicht richtig gelöst werden.... Wir haben Kurtaxe bezahlt trotz Geschäftsreise.
