Well sized apartment generally. Pretty location and good views. Near a pib and shops.
Second bedroom was v small. Quite a long walk from Garmisch.

Nice communication with host, very straightforward checkin / checkout procedure.
The apartments are generally ok, but it worth to make some maintenance. For instance some lights were not working, but it was not too important for us.
Also it's not very clear where we can park and where we can't. There is a lot of space in front of the building, but there are only two parking spots which are definitely belongs to it. All other space is under big question.
