The perfect place for skiing and relax

Fantastic accommodation and views and right next to the Kreuz Gondi

We have been skiing for years in Austria and Italy and really wanted to try Garmisch on our way back to Munich. wow the accommodation is wonderful, Marion is a fantastic hostess and our apartment had everything we needed with wonderful views towards Eibsee. The ski lift is maybe a 2 minute walk.. ideal!! We just loved staying in this beautiful home..

A fairytale apartment in the middle of the Bavarian Alps

We enjoyed the accommodation very much! It was such a great choice for us, we appreciated very much the level of comfort our apartment presented especially after a day full of activities in nature. The communication with our host was spotless and we look forward to coming here again should we return to Garmisch!

I do not have anything to comment negatively about this accommodation. Probably it would have been nice to also have a bin for non-recyclable and non biodegradable things in the room. But this is not something negative, just a personal preference, from my point of view.

Comfortable place in a beautiful spot

The host kindly let me in despite me arriving early. It is very tidy with a great view. with a kitchen and a living room, useful for a holiday stay. There were also bikes available, which was essential as it's slightly remote from town and the bus, despite stopping right across the street, is much slower. Being at the foot of two of the cable cars, it was easy to combine hiking with using them. It's also a few meters from a train stop for the Zugspitzebahn.

Perfect.

The property was delightful, it felt like a home, and the shower in particular was fantastic, as was the view from the balcony. The kitchen had everything you needed. Couldn’t fault anything about the place. There was a bus stop literally right outside, and a secure place to store bikes. We’re already hoping to visit again.

the place to be when visiting this area. absolutely perfect

beautiful property in a stunning and ideal location at the base of the mountains. easy access to public transport and bike trails. the owner Marion is fantastic and provides free bicycles to get around. the accomodation in itself is just perfect, big, stylish, cosy and well thought through. - good wifi - amazing shower - all cooking utensils provided

the only down side was that our bed was very noisy / squeaky

Nice location, enough parking space, keys were handed over by host. Apartment was neat and clean, kitchen had all necessary utensils almost new and very good quality. Super market was just nearby on main road.

Außergewöhnliche viel Platz und gut ausgestattet… absolut zu empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht (Wohnung Alspitz mit Bergblick) war sensationell und schon Urlaub genug. Von der Unterkunft aus konnte man alle Unternehmungen wunderbar starten. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und stets erreichbar.

Ruhig, zentral - immer wieder gerne

Super schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft die ruhig, aber doch zentral gelegen ist. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sogar noch mehr. Der Kontakt war sehr herzlich. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung - wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für zwei Erwachsene mit Kind ausreichend groß. Gute Lage um Ausflugsziele in der Nähe zu erreichen. Zusätzlich Bushaltestelle und Zugspitzbahnhaltstelle vor der Haustüre. Zwei Bergbahnen unmittelbar neben dem Haus. Parkplatz direkt am Haus mit Lademöglichkeit für unser E-Auto. Sehr schön angelegter Garten mit kleinem Teich zum abkühlen.

Es gab nichts. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Für drei Personen ist der Balkon etwas eng, um draußen zu essen. War aber nicht weiter schlimm.
