Spacious apartment for relaxing with amazing mountain views.

The host is friendly and the apartment was very comfortable. It was wonderful to be able to prepare home cooked meals after a week of eating in restaurants in other towns on our journey. The couch was unbelievably comfortable after a day of hiking.

Newly renovated, super clean and comfortable

The apartment is newly renovated and super clean. We enjoy having meals on their balcony. The beds are very comfortable. The location is about 5 minutes drive to the downtown. The owner is very nice in giving us all information we need. My family enjoy the stay very much.

Warm hearted owner who answer all your questions and provide help. Big, comfortable 3 room apartment with furnished kitchen with all needed equipment (important in the Corona time).

Not directly in town centre, but just 10 minutes walking distance. Anyway in Corona time maybe it is better to avoid live in town centre...

Wonderful place to stay

Very cozy and homelike apartments with a nice view from all the windows. The keys are really easy to obtain, the place is neatly furnished and equipped with everything you may need. There are two balconies, both with a great view of Alp- and Zupspitze. Super-comfy beds and nice bathroom. Pretty far from the city center but it's always a pleasure to walk through beautiful Garmisch surroundings. Besides, there is a bus stop nearby and all municipal buses are free of charge with a GaPa card at hand. Would definitely choose the place again when visiting Garmisch next time.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt👍🏻Die Straße bei geöffnetem Fenster stört etwas

Wir waren Selbstversorger ,die Einrichtung war sehr gut. Ein bisschen gestört hat die Straße vor der Tür ,wir mussten im Schlafzimmer gegen morgen die Fenster schließen da es sonst zu laut gewesen wäre.

An der Wohnung gab es überhaupt nix zu meckern,alles wirklich zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgestattet

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Einfach perfekt – besser geht’s nicht!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser super ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Berge. Schon beim Ankommen fühlt man sich sofort wohl – alles ist blitzsauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass sogar Dinge vorhanden sind, die man sonst selten in Ferienwohnungen findet: Kaffee, Kaffeefilter, Tee, Putzmittel und viele kleine Extras, die den Aufenthalt unglaublich angenehm machen. Ein besonders süßes Detail ist die kleine Naschbox im Flur – für Mensch und Hund! 🐾💛 Man merkt, wie viel Herzblut hier drinsteckt. Die Gastgeberin ist supernett, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gemütlich eingerichtet Wohnung mit leider nicht so guter Lage.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit 2großen Balkonen. Modernes neues Bad. Es hat uns gut gefallen, die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Lage an der stark befahrenden Hauptstraße, die überquert werden musste, um das Auto zu erreichen, war leider nicht so schön. Zum Schlafen war der Autolärm kontraproduktiv. Schade, da uns der Rest wirklich gut gefallen hat.

Aussichtsreiche Wohnung mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gross. Die Ausstattung ist super. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die beiden Balkone bieten einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Bergpanorama inkl. Der Zugspitze. Innerhalb von 20 Minuten kommt man gemütlich und entspannt entlang der Loisach zum Kurpark und in die Innenstadt von Garmisch. Die Hausherrin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es war einfach eine schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne saubere Wohnung für eine Familie.

Super nette Eigentümerin, die Wohnung war für eine komplette Familie auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, beim geöffnetem Fenster ist das erschlaffen recht schwierig, weil man die ganze Nacht sowohl PLW als auch LKW hört. Fussläufig sind sowohl die Supermärkte als auch die Innenstadt ca. 30 min entfernt.
