In this light-flooded and lovingly furnished 2-room vacation apartment for 1-3 people (approx. 70 m²) you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Sleep heavenly in high-quality box-spring beds, enjoy the bathroom with bathtub, shower, underfloor heating and the comfort of washing machine and dryer.
The generously open kitchen and living area is not only well equipped, but also opens up a breathtaking mountain panorama for you. Relax on high-quality leather furniture and enjoy the spacious balcony with outdoor furniture and views of the surrounding mountain range.
The central location is also perfect: only a 3-minute walk from the train station and a 6-minute walk from the Garmisch pedestrian zone and with its own underground parking space, from which you can reach the apartment on the 3rd floor directly by elevator.
Quiet and sunny, the apartment building is set back about 100 m from the Sankt-Martin-Strasse, bordering the mountain river Partnach. The congress center and the center of Garmisch are within walking distance in a few minutes, as well as the DB and Zugspitz train station. So you are maximum comfortable on the fastest way to the mountain railroads and hiking trails, without having to move the car.
The beautiful view of the mountains Wank and Kramer from the balcony and the windows puts you every morning in the vacation mood and lures you out into nature.

We were pleasantly surprised by this apartment!! It was in a great location. It was walking distance to the train station and the town center. The apartment description was accurate. The apartment is furnished beautifully. It had everything we needed for our vacation stay. We gave it four stars for the check in process because it was hard to locate the entrance of the apartment. Other than that, everything else was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again! This was our second visit to Garmisch Partenkirchen and we fell in love with it all over again. Auf wiedersehen

Perfect!!! We stayed 8 nights. The location was easily walkable from the train station, and easily accessible to all the hiking we did. The washer/dryer in the apartment was wonderful! We could pack lighter, and not drag home loads of dirty laundry. The place was super clean and spacious. We highly recommend Bergwasser!

The apartment exceeded our expectations! The location couldn't have been better, three apartment had every imaginable amenity you could think of, and the management team was always in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. When I come back to Garmish, this is exactly the place I would rent again.
