Good for three people not for four to sleep

Wonderful, tasteful, well furnished and well-situated apartment with a balcony view of the snow-capped mountains. Plenty of high-quality plates and glassware in this apartment situated on historic Ludwigstrasse.

The agents for the apartment were unhelpful, unfriendly, uncooperative and made no effort to provide a warm welcome or an easy check in and out process. They are more concerned with cutting their costs than delivering industry-standard, best-practice SERVICE. No useful information was provided about the town and area, only many pages on disposing of waste with the threat of a €25 fee for not recycling glass properly!! The worst “host” experience - on this our tenth trip to Europe, many of which have included Germany where we have always (until now) been very happy with the “hosts”.
