Beautifully maintained and immaculate apartment! Less than a five minute walk to 2 different grocery stores (Aldi & Edeka), along with a Fristo Getränkemarkt! We had a lovely time exploring the area knowing that there was a nice warm apartment to return to and relax. A restaurant next door gave a great option if we returned too late and did not want to cook dinner. The host Phillipe was very friendly, helpful and courteous. We highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was conveniently located for our visiting purposes. The apartment was surprisingly large and had all needed appliances except for a washer and dryer. The apartment was extremely clean and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area to retrieve the key before 7pm, I don't know how I would have gotten the key with the long trip I had had for the day. A key lockbox would be convenient to use only if you have someone unable to be in person from 3-7p during those check in times. Thank you so much for a great stay!

My family of four spent several wonderful nights exploring Garmisch and Munich using Phillipe's apartment as our home base. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and most importantly sparkling clean. Phillipe was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The location was perfect for easy access to sights as there is a bus stop at the entry way. Grocery stores are literally next door so it is easy to pop over for any food. Plus it is very quiet and we all slept well, an important part for any successful vacation with kids. We would definitely recommend booking this apartment!

A great place to stay for skiing in the alps. Apartment is right next to grocery store and bus stop. You also get a guest card that lets you use some local buses for free, but unfortunately not to the Garmisch classic ski area.

The land lord was friendly, accommodating and overall helpful. The condo is perfect for a family of four. There is a grocery store and a restaurant next door. I plan on staying there every year. My over all experience was truly amazing and it was the best experience my family has had in Europe!

The apartment was clean comfortable and well equipped it was very close to Garmisch-Partenkirchen we had a car easily found free parking in Garmisch Philippe gave us bus passes if you don’t want to drive a aldi and great beer store was less than a block away and a great bakery dunzinger handgemacht as you enter Garmisch the apartment is a perfect place to stay to explore the area philippe was very nice and informative we would differently stay there again !

Our family (two adults and two young children) spent 4 weeks in this apartment, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is located on the road between Garmisch and Grainau - fortunately, the rental includes a Grainau Card, which covers bus transportation through Grainau and to the Eibsee, as well as into the town of Garmisch. We had no trouble with transportation. Another incredible convenience is the location of two grocery stores (with bakery) 3 minutes from the apartment. Perfect for early morning baked goods! The apartment itself was clean and well furnished, the kitchen includes most anything you could want, and the beds are comfortable. WIFI was reliable and we had access to a washing machine in the basement. Philippe, our host, went out of his way to be helpful and even offered transportation to and from the train station. Overall, A+ and we hope to be back!

The location couldn’t be better. Next to an Aldi grocery store and the bus into Garmisch is right out the front door (bus passes are included in your stay & it is only a 10 minute ride max). If you are American the military base is about a 3 minute drive to use the commissary and small exchange but the best place to change money. Amenities were likewise perfect. Two single beds in the living room and a separate bedroom. The kitchen had everything you could ask for: pots and pans and cooking utensils, bottle opener, wine opener, toaster, microwave, stove top and oven, French press and other coffee makers, electric hot water kettle, and good wifi. Also, this is one of the cleanest places you can imagine. The living rooms, kitchen and bathroom were all fresh and clean. Lastly, our host was so friendly and hospitable and helpful. He responded immediately to our questions, met us the day we arrived and the morning we left. A perfect host. There is no better place to stay when you are vacationing in the Garmisch area!

The apartment was conveniently located just outside of Garmisch on the main road to Grainau near grocery stores and a restaurant. Philippe who managed the property was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Without a doubt, this was the best bargain we found during our very enjoyable stay in Bavaria. The surrounding area was packed with interesting castles, churches, monasteries, the highest point in Germany, mountains, lakes and not far from Innsbruck, Austria which had plenty of its own attractions including the castle Schloss Ambras with an amazing amount of paintings and art dating to the 1600's or older. German beer is great!

We stayed for two nights. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for all three of us. The location is perfect for temporary vacationers. There is plenty of things to do in the area and all the castles are within a hours drive. Phillip was very easy to work with even though we came later in the evening. He was a very gracious host. Thank you for adding to a great vacation for my family.

We stayed here with our two small children and Philippe was very accommodating. He brought in a high chair and a baby bed. He also was accommodating with our very late arrival time. The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to Garmisch town center and all the ski lifts, there is also an Aldi and Edeka across from the apartment and a restuarant as well. We had a wonderful stay and would stay at this apartment again if we go back!

We stayed there 2 nights, it was very well equipped with kitchen tools. Everything was in the near, restaurant, shop and the most important sights. We felt at home in this objekt. The only thing we missed here that was the wifi. But the beautiful landscape compensate for it. We could leave the apartment late afternoon, it was very favorable, thanks for it to Mr. Zitzewitz. Aufgrund von Stau bin ich etwas verzögert angereist. Bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe war das aber insofern kein Problem, weil mir Herr Zitzewitz den Schlüssel hinterlegt hatte. Lage der Wohnung: Relativ zentral und doch angenehm ruhig. Wohnanlage: Zumeist Eigentümer, liegt relativ grün, 3min. bis zum Supermarkt und zentral wo man in alle Richtungen gleich abbiegen kann. Das Möbel im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche ist etwas dunkler trotzdem wirkt die Wohnung hell! Das Bad ist neu. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Der Blick nach draußen ist unverstellt. Parkplatz vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert, offen, sehr hilfsbereit und im Bedarfsfall schnell zu erreichen. Rückblickend muss ich sagen, dass ich bis kurz vor meiner Anreise gar nicht in der Stimmung in Urlaub zu fahren. Trotzdem haben mir die sieben Tage sehr viel gebracht. Ich muss das jetzt auch erst erst mal setzen lassen. Habe mit Freunden in der kurzen Zeit sehr viel erlebt. Grainau ist wie all die anderen umliegenden Ortschaften sehr touristisch, ich empfinde es aber bei weitem nicht so kommerziell wie Garmisch, wo man dann doch mal zum Bummeln hingeht. Ich bin fast sicher, dass ich nächstes Jahr wieder kommen werde. Die Region hat sehr viel zu bieten. DANKE nochmals!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön! Sauber, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war prima und Einkaufen konnte man zu Fuß direkt hinterm Haus. Aber das beste war der nette Ko takt zu Philippe, dem Vermieter. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatte tolle Tips und war jeder Zeit erreichbar wenn es nötig gewesen wäre. Wir haben uns Pudel wohl gefühlt! Kommen sicher mal wieder :-)

Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Großes Bad mit einer geräumigen Dusche. Der Balkon hat eine angenehme Größe zum draußen sitzen. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist sehr ruhig und die Bewohner sehr nett. Die Location ist ein Top Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Die Busse fahren auch direkt am Haus ab, und Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Wir waren top Zufrieden und können die FeWo jedem nur empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und freundlich. Schlitten für die Kinder konnten beim Vermieter unentgeltlich geliehen werden. Für die Anreise zu den Skigebieten in Garmisch wird jedoch ein eigenes Fahrzeug benötigt, da es in unserem Zeitraum keine direkte Busverbindung dorthin gab. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Sie ist angenehm ruhig. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Mit der Gästekarte kann man diesen kostenlos nutzen um an den Eibsee oder nach Garmisch-Partenkirchen zu fahren. Check-in und check-Out waren problemlos. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Alles bestens. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Bushaltestelle der Linie Garmisch-Eibsee (mit Kurkarte kostenlos!) genau vor der Tür. Garmisch Partenkirchen ist auch zu Fuss zu erreichen, wenn man das gute bayrisch Bier genossen hat und dann den Bus verpasst. Einkaufsmärkte (Lebensmittel) gleich nebenan. Auch nebenan befindet sich ein wunderschönes Gasthaus, wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen. Die Wohnung selbst ist blitzsauber und gemütlich. Sehr ruhig, man kann mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Übergabe und Abnahme der Wohnung sehr pünktlich und sehr sympathisch. Wir würden gern nochmal wieder kommen.
