Our house with a unique Zugspitzblick stands on the edge of the forest and offers you in a quiet, sunny location, cozy and spacious apartments for 2-5 persons.
The tennis and fitness center is nearby, hiking trails are within easy reach.
In the center of Grainau you can reach beautiful walks through the Badersee forest, or in a few minutes by bus or by car.
The apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, satellite TV, bed linen and towels, a parking lot is also included.
The mountain panorama can be enjoyed from the covered balcony with seating.
Should you arrive by train, we can organize a pick-up from the train station.

The spacious, very bright apartment on the first floor for 2-5 persons is 85sqm in size, has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower cubicle, bath and WC, an extra toilet with a small washing facility, a kitchen with dining area and a large living room With dining table and enough seating in the sofa corner.
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, which provides for a cozy atmosphere. One of the bedrooms has parquet flooring and can be individually heated by a radiator.
Particularly noteworthy is the large balcony, which you can access from almost all rooms, and from the covered seats or sun loungers you can enjoy the view of the Zugspitzpanorama.
Bed and table linen, towels and parking are included in the price.
For a fifth person can be placed in one of the bedrooms, a couch, on request, a cot.
We would like to inform you that some new houses are in the construction phase in the neighborhood, these will soon be completed. The view of the mountains is unrestricted.

Excellent base for exploring Garmisch and Tirol Austria. Apartment is clean and roomy albeit a bit dated but that doesn't detract from the outstanding location and view of Zugspitze. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very nice and fully equipped, really quiet and peaceful, perfect to rest. The view of the Zugspitze from the large balcony is spectacular. Most of all the Massari sisters are very kind hosts, respectful and attentive to the well-being of the guests. Fully approved

The environment of Grainau is natural, great walks at the Stepbergalm, Hölentalklamm, also the eibsee where you can swim and badernsee. You have to do your shopping in Garmisch, that's 30 min with bus or train. The frequence though is once an hour!
The appartment Masari is great, lot's of room and a large balcony with view on the Zugspitze.

We enjoyed a wonderful week-long stay in this beautiful apartment during our summer holidays in Grainau. The location was idyllic at the foothills of the Zugspitze and within a short distance of both Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the stunning Eibsee. The apartment has breathtaking views of the German alps from the balcony and we spent every morning and evening taking in the stunning mountains. The apartment was impeccably clean and well equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and our host, Claudia, was informative, helpful and so welcoming - she provided great tips on things to do in the local area and was always happy and willing to assist us. We would love to return to the area and would happily stay here again! Danke schön, Familie Massari!
