Leider sehr anonym. Die Ausstattung und das Mobiliar waren sehr verlebt und ungepflegt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr ungepflegt!!! Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner und man musste sich bemühen um herauszufinden, wer nun die Kurtaxe erhält!!! Es ist in diesem Haus in den 1980 ger Jahren die Zeit stehen geblieben!!! Wir haben die landestypische und bayrische Ausstattung und Freundlichkeit vermisst!!!

Eine ruhige, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit einem fantastischen Panorama.

Ich finde die Lage außergewöhnlich toll. Ich bin ausschließlich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren und ich kam überall schnell hin. Die Kurtaxe finde ich recht hoch, aber durch die Vergünstigungen (kostenloser Schwimmbad Besuch, Ermäßigungen bei den Attraktionen, kostenlose Fahrten mit der Zahnradbahn bis nach Eibsee usw.) rentiert sich das auch. Unterkunft hatte alles zu bieten, was ich benötigte. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Sofa, Bett und gemütliche Einrichtung. Finde die Räume sehr groß und Preis Leistung ist hier fantastisch.

Die Unterkunft ist arg in die Jahre gekommen. Hier wird man auf jeden Fall investieren müssen, sonst ist das mit den 4 Sternen nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Das wlan ist schlechter als bei der Bahn im Zug. Mal funktioniert es, die meiste Zeit eher nicht. Das ist ärgerlich, wenn man Bilder teilen möchte oder Wanderungen planen möchte… Hätte mir etwas persönlichen Kontakt gewünscht, aber das hat alles auch mit Chat funktioniert…

Große Wohnung, aber schmutzig und Vermieterin nicht gastlich.

Viel Platz, Lage vorteilhaft für die Zugspitze.

Teppich sehr schmutzig. Vermieterin hat Anmeldung nicht korrekt durchgeführt. Auf etwaige Fragen wurde pampig reagiert. Teilweise nach Rücksprache mit Tourist Information Grainau stellte sich sogar klare Verweigerung / Lügen durch die Vermieterin heraus. Wirkt nicht so, als hätte sie wirklich Lust auf Vermieten oder Gäste.

Nous avons aimé la localisation, le rapport qualité/prix, l’amabilité et la rapidité des propriétaires à répondre à nos messages.

Bien que l’appartement semblait être nettoyé à notre arrivé, il n’était pas loué entièrement propre. Une poubelle pleine présente sur le balcon n’avait pas été jeté, une partie de la vaisselle présentait des taches de nourriture, des cheveux étaient présents sur les plaques du réfrigérateur ainsi qu’une forte odeur de nourriture. Les couverts sont pour quelques-uns en mauvaises état.

Die betten waren nicht so bequem und koch Utensilien waren schon ziemlich abgenutzt.

Vi havde nogen skønne dage i lejligheden og hvis der opstod nogle spørgsmål svarede værten hurtigt.

Udsigten og lejlighedens beliggenhed er helt perfekt. Lejligheden har et lille køkken som man fint kan lave lidt nemt mad i og den er fin rummelig til 2 personer.

Noget af køkkenudstyret kunne godt bruge en udskiftning og opvaskemaskine var også lidt i stykker men var stadig funktionel. Jeg manglede information omkring hvor jeg skulle betale turistskatten som ikke er inkl. i prisen. Dog svarede værten hurtigt og man kunne betale kontant ved at ligge dem i postkassen.

Bei derAnkunft nach langer Fahrt musste ich feststellen, daß die Wohnung gereinigt war.keine neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Bad und Toilette waren schmutzig..Konnten erst nach 21.00Uhr. einziehen. Verlorener Abend und erstmal enttäuscht. War ich von Boking com nicht gewohnt

Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern, gemütlich und absolut ausreichend für zwei Personen. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Minibackofen und Spülmaschine. Uns hat es gut gefallen - Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis super!

Dobre miejsce na wypady i zwiedzanie

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum i blisko atrakcji które chcieliśmy zobaczyć, bezpłatny parking przy budynku, duży i przestronny apartment, wszystko na wyposażeniu.

Może tylko w łazience i ubikacji płytki na ścianach są już trochę stare, ale cały obiekt jest taki trochę stylowy, więc w sumie nie jest źle.
