Very clean, beautiful views, spacious enough for a family of four, owner very helpful even when contacted late at night

No lift for third floor, church bells are very close and if you’re a light sleeper they might bother you ringing every fifteen mins in the middle of the night

Great stay: amazing location and communication

The apartment was clean and well stocked with the things you need for a short stay (coffee, salt and pepper, sugar, oil, etc). The host, Nicole, was constantly in communication to ensure that all your needs were being addressed.

Die gute Ausstattung und die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf die großen Gebirgszüge ringsherum, sowie den kurzen Fußwegen ins Zentrum und die Altstadt waren einfach toll.

Der abendliche, anhaltende Trecker-Lärm vom angrenzenden Bauernhof konnte am Abend beim Ausruhen durchaus störend wirken. Aber sehr störend waren erst recht die 24/7 im viertel-stündlichen Takt sehr lauten Glockenschläge der unmittelbar benachbarten Kirche, welche uns nachts unerwartet den Schlaf und damit weitgehend unsere Erholung geraubt haben - darauf waren wir leider nicht vorbereitet.

Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung, ruhiges Wohnhaus, netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermieterin

Kirchenglocken läuten 24/7 aller 15 min; selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht zu überhören. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, kann auf das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ausweichen. Dort hört man sie kaum. Außerdem waren Ohropax vorhanden ;-) Parkplatzsituation, wenn man mit Dachbox oder Bus anreist. (Max. Einfahrtshöhe 1,60m)

Recht zentral gelegen. Genügend Platz , da es 2 Schlafzimmer gab. 2 Balkone. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die zwei Balkone ermöglichten einen wundervollen Blick auf die Berge. Parken war auch kein Problem. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls wie zuhause wohlgefühlt. Die Kirchenglocken läuten beizeiten den Tag ein. Da wir aber nicht zum Faulenzen nach GaPa gekommen sind, sondern zum Wandern und um die wunderschöne Landschaft zu erkunden, war das für uns kein großes Problem.

Wirklich super, eine unfassbar schöne Wohnung mit einer wirklich hübschen Einrichtung

Die Kirchenglocken in der Nacht waren wirklich sehr störend. Alle viertel Stunde wurde man davon geweckt. Unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen!

Die Glocken von Garmisch!

Super toller Ausblick auf die Berge, alles vorhanden was man braucht, schön eingerichtet, zwei Balkone

Für Touristen, die sich in ihrem Urlaub vom Stress des Alltags erholen wollen, wäre es schön vorher zu wissen, dass dort jede halbe Stunde die Glocken der Kirche läuten und das 24/7. Ausschlafen bzw. überhaupt schlafen war trotz Jalousien und Fenster zu, absolut nicht möglich. Ich hatte extra eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht, um dann festzustellen, dass nur ein Bett bezogen ist. Sehr unschön wenn davon ausgegangen wird, dass zwei Personen automatisch in einem Bett schlafen. Leider war auch keine Wechselbettwäsche vorhanden. Aber nach Anruf bei der Vermieterin wurde uns noch welche gebracht.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin. Wohnung ist relativ komplett ausgestattet. Gute Lage, parken problemlos, sehr gute Betten sodass man morgens ohne Rückenschmerzen aufwacht.

Die sehr nahen Kirchenglocken schlagen alle 15 Minuten und die Nacht durch. Es fehlt ein Besen. Stühle sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Enttäuschend

Lage ist gut. Aussicht vom hinteren Balkon auf Alpspitze, Waxensteine und Zugspitze.

Die Wohnung empfing uns mit unangennehmem Geruch und war insgesamt sehr schmuddelig. Hier wird schon seit langem nicht ordentlich saubergemacht, da halfen auch eigene Putzerei und schnelle Nachbesserung durch Vermieter nur bedingt.
