The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. It also has a lovely balcony where you can enjoy your meals or relax with a cup of coffee while taking in the view. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay.

What I didn’t like about the apartment was that I did not receive the check-in instructions in advance, so I had to contact the owner for clarification. I would suggest that the owner send clear check-in and parking instructions before the guest’s arrival to avoid any confusion. There is also no daily housekeeping service, and the apartment has only one bathroom. Since there is an unused attic room, I would suggest converting it into an additional bathroom, which would make the apartment much more convenient, especially for families. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator. Also, the washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room in the basement, and each wash or drying cycle costs €3.

Schön eingerichtetes, geräumiges und sauberes Apartment auf zwei Etagen im Ortsteil Garmisch. Die Pisten sind relativ nahe. Das Wohnzimmer war groß mit gemütlichem Sofa. Guter Service durch die Agentur inklusive Nachsendung vergessener Sachen (gegen Erstattung des Portos).

Leider gab es nur ein Bad, was bei einer Belegung mit fünf Personen nicht ideal ist. Ebenso wären eine Mikrowelle und Weißbiergläser (-; wünschenswert gewesen. Die zusätzlichen Gebühren für unseren Hund fanden wir recht hoch.

Sehr sauber, der Balkon war sehr gut, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, Größe der Zimmer und Ausstattung, gute Ausstattung der restlichen Wohnung (Spülmaschinentabs usw. )

Eine zweite Toilette wäre wünschenswert auf Grund der Größe für 6 Personen. Die Couch war für 6 Personen zu klein
