About this apartment rental

The apartment is located in a prime location. Within walking distance you reach the dreamy Garmisch downtown. Here there are shopping, restaurants, beer gardens, bars, Garmisch-casino and much more.
Ski resorts, hiking trails and much more. in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is newly renovated and is in tip top shape: open kitchen with a cozy dining and living area, new modern bathroom and two balconies fantastic!
Overall, the apartment has 6 beds in a large bedroom. The master bed (double bed) is separated by a floating wall. There are 2 bunk beds (for a total of 4 additional beds). The apartment is perfectly suited for a family with children or a small group.

The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen fully equipped.
In addition, there is a modern (HD) TV (Bluray) DVD player and cable connection for disposal. Wireless LAN with high-speed DSL is also disposal.

Takes place before our cleaning power Heiko contact. He cares about the keys, cleaning and maintenance of the apartment.

Check-out: until 11:00 clock

Good living space, kitchen, dining and living area.Upstairs space in eves of building which became very warm at times, even when not that hot outside. There are three bunk beds in the main bedroom area with just sliding doors between them and the double bed area. This was fine for us as a family but offered little privacy and no sound barrier between the rooms once the children were asleep in bed. The beds were fine but the double mattress was very soft.The house was generally clean although there was dust under the beds and an old tshirt and a toy down the back of the bunk bed. Unfortunately when we arrived the washing from the previous guest was still drying in the drier in our bedroom n when we needed to sleep however the landlord worked quickly to sort this. The kitchen was very well equipped and the living area was spacious with two lovely balconies. The apartment was in a residential complex with many other apartments. It was fine but there was some road noise from outside and externally it lacked any character.Parking could normally be found without too much trohble on one of the adjacent roads to the apartment. Overally a good stay and moderate value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO and would come again. The host (Juvenal) was very responsive to our texts through the VRBO app. The apartment itself was very nice. It was very well maintained, and had modern amenities and furnishings.....except for a microwave(?). I thought that was unusual for such a modern apartment but maybe it's common for European apartments not to have microwaves? Not sure. The beds are all upstairs in the attic area. You gotta watch your head as you walk around upstairs and in the upstairs bathroom, but there is TONS of space up there if you have a large group. It was really nice to have another bathroom downstairs with our group of 4. My only other comment I'd have is it's kind of tough to communicate with Missy (the person who checks you in to the VRBO) if you don't speak German. Use What's App if you can to communicate with her. I highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

Very clean apartment in perfect walking distance from the historical centre of Garmisch and the more modern area with train station. We used the apartment as a base to complete the Zugspitze summit hike. Its a quiet residential apartment with car parking available on adjacent streets. Check in was easy with Jenny as we called when we were 20 mins away. Although all beds are in one room. We could be well spaced out as a 4. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were great. Would highly recommend.

Ability to sleep 8 well. Beautiful views. Excellent location for getting around Bavaria. There are many shops and hiking and biking areas. Wonderful owner!!

This property was very clean and well outfitted. The #1 reason we booked was for the IN unit washer and dryer. We found out days before that they were not working based off of other reviews. When contacted the owner said the washer was leaking but there was laundry in the basement. That is just not the same when traveling with kids. We had our clothes thrown out of the dryer and washer on two occations. So we would have to sit in the apartment to wait....who wants to do that on vacation? Additionally we had one night were it was late and we had not money for the dryer. We attempted to use the in unit drying and it too was broken (error code was for broke motor). Otherwise you are just a short 5-10 minute walk to the main pedestrian street in Garmish, a 5 minute walk to a wonderful bakery for breakfast and quick drive to the Olympic park and gorge area. Mountain views were A+. A few other upkeep issues include many burnt out lights on the main level which made for dark evenings indoors.

We really enjoyed staying at this property in Garmisch Partenkirchen. It was relatively close to the train station and easy to find restaurants and shopping. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family of four. I highly recommend it!

Property was well located and fit our needs. We were disappointed that the washing machine and dryer were not working. There were some available in the building, but that was slightly inconvenient as we had to walk up and down many times to do our laundry.

My wife, two children, and I stayed here and had a great time exploring GarmischPK. The property is clean and well equipped and in a great location. It is about a 10-minute walk from the GarmischPK walkplatz and is close to many other attractions in the nearby mountains.

Juvenal was a great host and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Plenty of beds, large living room, modern kitchen, etc. It easily accommodated our family of six. It had everything you need for a long vacation. Because there was a heat wave in Europe during the time we were there , it was a bit warm in the apartment. We used the fan that Juvenal provided which helped considerably. Overall, we had a great experience and great communication with Juvenal throughout the entire process. He was very easy to work with!!
