Nice house in a quiet location

The house is big for our family of 4.

It was a full function kitchen, except for the microwave oven that was not working. The children couldn't do their Christmas treats

Great location near the city center

The appartment was at a great location near the city center and has great views when you step outside. It's a wonderful village. The place has plenty of room for a bit of a longer stay. The facilities are really good. The kitchen has all you need to make great meal, even some spices, oil and things like that. There's a washing machine and drying rack. And a spacious bathroom with both bath and shower. The small cosy living room with tv was also nice.

There were some defects which we mentioned to the hosts, hopefully they will be fixed for other travelers. The beds were not the kind of quality we expected for this price, one was even kind of falling apart. There were also lots of sharp edges from the stones at doorsteps.

No major complaints and I would consider staying here again if I’m back in the area.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. The property is next to a small farm, and other than fly issues, we kind of enjoyed hearing the animals lowing in the evenings in their barn.

Parking is very limited and a neighbor wasn’t terribly friendly. Although I’m not sure I would be happy to have strangers staying in a rental in my back yard either. The property is next to a small farm, which seemed to draw a lot of flies through open windows.

Smudgy and depressing

Nice location in the center of Garmisch.

We appearently rented the upper appartement, which was not clear from booking.com. It had low ceilings, the whole place felt smudgy, had plastic matress covers on all the beds:/, it smelled like some Indian people had been cooking there, the nice patio on the photo's was only for use of the lower appartement, we only had a balcony full of bird poop. We got in contact with the people in the lower appartement, they seemed happy with their place. We got a look in their spacious kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine (NOT for our use!) and surprisingly, unlike us, they also had a welcoming bottle of wine and some candy waiting for them. We really don't know what gives this accomodation a high rating, unless the upper and lower appartement are totally different in look and feel.

Awesome budget stay at the heart of Garmisch Partenkirchen

Everything is as described. The location of the property is very close to the Garmisch Partenkirchen train station and is walkable. We were a group of friends and families, who stayed here for 2 nights. The owner was kind enough to allow us an early check-in. The house was neat and clean and very nicely Christmas theme decorated. The view was also amazing. We all definitely enjoyed it a lot. Hope to visit you again in summer. Moreover, in the description of the property, it was written no internet facility. But there was WLAN available, though in few rooms, it was pretty weak.

The toilet was one major problem. For 10 guests there is just one western toilet. And strangely, there are two showers in a single bathroom. Had there been another comode, it would have been much less chaotic in the morning hours. Rest all was perfect.

We would stay here again

Spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable; everyone slept well on them. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bottle of Rosè was very much appreciated. The location was nice; it was close to everything while offering decent privacy and quiet.

The pillows in some of the rooms were the size of a chair cushion. They were very decorative, but not practical or comfortable

Great stay in a beautiful apartment.

A section of the main road into Garmisch was closed very close to our destination and our GPS could not find an alternate route. I called the number I had for the property and the hostess kindly advised us of an alternate route we could use through Austria to reach the property. Saved us from driving all the way back to Munich. So very grateful for her assistance. The apartment is beautiful with a great location. We usually make a yearly trip to the area and we will hope the Ferienhaus-Aladdin will be available when we visit again.

Great time in Garmisch

Can’t get a better location and place is large. Nice amenities in the kitchen.

Place is showing it’s age and if you’re over 5 foot 10 inches tall, watch your head at the doors and possibly the ceiling.

It was a great place for a couple and a few kids. Great location close to shops and restaurants.

The house was very hot. We opened all the windows, but since there is a cow next door we were immediately swarmed by flies. The home really needs screens on the windows.

Fabulous Aladdin-themed decoration throughout whole apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with sharp knives.

The foldaway bed is too small even for two nine years old children. Slightly complicated parking in the back yard, only few free parking spots in the nearby streets.

Die Lage im Ort war gut. Große Unterkunft, viele Zimmer.

Das Haus liegt versetzt hinter einem anderen Haus, dass nur über die Hofeinfahrt von dem anderen Haus erreichbar ist. (Die Besitzerin des Nachbar- Hauses, ist nicht sehr freundlich)Wir waren zwei Familien,es konnte nur ein Auto dort parken, dass andere musste auf der Straße parken, wir hatten Glück dass was frei war .Wir waren 8 Personen war schon etwas eng am Frühstückstisch aber ging. Eine Toilette ohne Waschbecken entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard.

Gute zentrale Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Sehr gute zentrale und ruhige Lage, alle Geschäfte zu Fuß in wenigen Metern zu erreichen. Getrennte und große Küche von der Ferienwohnung. Vieles war schon vorrätig vorhanden, wie Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze, Küchenrollen usw. Liebevoll dekorierte und helle Zimmer. Für jeden Gast genügend Handtücher. Bequeme Betten.

Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus, der zu schmal u. eng ist. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus begrenzt. Die Mieter über uns waren sehr laut. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein - es lagen teils Krümel, sonstige kleine Kunststoffteile auf dem Boden herum. Ein Wasserhahn spritzte Wasser seitlich heraus. Spülmaschine machte das Geschirr nicht sauber. Unbequeme Kissen.
