Unsatisfacory property management.

Great location as the property is within walking distance of the downtown area.

We stay in Garmisch 4-5x per year and love the area. As advertised, the property did not have Wi-Fi. Not an issue during the day as we were out and about. Was an issue in the evening, especially because we have 3 teenagers. Would not have rented the apartment if it had been accurately described as having no Wi-Fi. Property manager completly disregarded the issue when I verbalized my concern. Will not stay at this property again and will definitely not deal with this property manager in the future.

Would not book it again

Good morning, I've booked with booking before and never had I been dissatisfied. This time I'm afraid it has been just a horrible experience with the apartment and dealing with the agency. 1. Church bells every 15 min even during the night. That was not listed on the website. 2. No internet in our apartment even though on the website it clearly said internet available all over property for a charge. 3. No dark curtains in both bedrooms 4. Toaster doesn't work have to hold the button down And lastly, the customer service from Alpine Holiday Apartments boss, Brigitte Schobert and her assistant were just appaling. 1. On the day of our arrival, I made sure she knew our flight was going to be late. She was upset because she had to be awake in order to give us the code for the key beforehand. But she didn't want to give us the key code beforehand. 2. There was no mention of church bells going on every 15 min even during the night. I do not sleep well and that was just disastrous for me and my wellbeing. When I presented the issue to her, she told me, to go and buy me some earplugs. Well, I can't wear earplugs, unfortunately. If I had known about the church bells before, I WOULD HAVE NEVER NEVER BOOKED THIS APARTMENT. I asked for a fan, to have a white noise, and she was able to provide us with one fan. Her demeanor was very appalling as stated before. I was clearly upset, by not sleeping at all, and her attitude towards me was kind of like, and those are her words: I am doing you a favor by staying up to give you the key code and for giving you the fan. I paid fair and square for this apartment, I don't need anyone to do a favour for me, but rather, to do their job in a professional manner. 3. No internet!!! Well, that was just the icing on the cake. Out son needed to study for his GCSE'S and we had no wifi. How everything about this apartment was just so deceitful.
