We were close to everything we needed in transportation, and walking distance. No need to rent a car

Location was within walking distance to groceries, train, restaurants, and buses.

We wanted to ask questions and emailed owner but got no response. Maybe because it was a holiday. We never met an owner or manager the entire time we were there. We showed up and were on our own from arriving until leaving. Also we struggled with the washer and dryer but there was no one to ask.

Affordable, Great Location, Apartment Living With a View

For people who want to be independent on vacation and just come and go, cook something for breakfast, stay on the deck and relax and have local shopping, etc. it is excellent. The location puts you at the start of the shops and restaurants, it is near the bus and train and you can just go down to the corner for groceries. The scenery from the terrace is beautiful.

I was meeting with family and stayed out late at night (10pm or later) and when I walked home it was very, very dark. The property has no lights on at all and the light on the street near the mailbox does not work. To get the key in the door you must use a phone light or a flash light. Some people would not like this but I'm not easily scared. I had one towel and one hand towel for 8 days. There was a note saying to leave $24 EURO for a "Spa Fee" (not written in the paperwork anywhere and there was no spa. It is an apartment building that is very nice. The apartment (A5) is kind of old fashioned but you have what you need. It was very hot and there was no fan or AC so I had to go to the DEC mall and buy a fan. :(

Super quiet roomy apartment

Super apartment by the river We were in Haus B - 1 large bedroom /living area with separate small but well appointed kitchen Nice shower and toilet in basement ( so need to be freely mobile) personally enjoyed the exercise....Near Aldi supermarket and 10 mins to centre of town and station by foot Good bars and restaurants nearby Pleasant terrace and quiet location .Good blackout electric blinds.. Good communication from host pre visit

During our stay, communication with Host was difficult. They did not reply to sms or message through booking.com. English speaking guests are not catered for at all which is okay with the use of translate apps but if an issue arises, not good enough.

Not having the tief garage remote - got locked out of the car when trying to open the door! An iron and ironing board in the property would have been great. Wonderful!

The house is located in a central location. 3 mins walk to nearby supermarkets (Aldi and Edeka) and rather short walk to the train station. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary items that made our stay great and comfortable. Last but not least, the mountain view from the balcony is breathtaking!

Holiday to relax and enjoy the mountain air.

The location was great, in the centre of Garmisch and in walking distance of many bars, restaurants and shops. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The Tourist office is a 2 minute walk from the property. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and the amenities were good. We didn't meet the owner but they left a lot of information for us on the table along with our Tourist Gastekarte which gives free and discounted travel around the area. Garmisch Partenkirchen is a fantastic place.

There was nothing about this property that we didn't like.

Niks mis met Garmisch

Zeer volledig ingericht. Mooi servies, ruime hoofdslaap- en woonkamer. Centraal gelegen, winkels, restaurants op korte loopafstand. Parkeergarage binnendoor te kunnen bereiken was ook een plus.

Alleen de toiletruimte had iets groter gemogen. Internetsignaal was de eerste dagen niet sterk niet goed en viel later helemaal uit. Kan overmacht zijn.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal,vor allem ohne Auto.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kurpark, Fußgängerzone, Touristinfo,Bushaltestelle nur eine Straße weiter. Tolle Ausflugsmöglichkkeiten mit dem Bus. Die Betten, Badezimmer und Küchenausstattug waren gut.

Die Wohnung an sich war sauber.Die Küche leider nicht.Alles was an den Wänden hing war total fettig.Der Backofen war nicht sauber.Die Stangen und Haken an dem die Rührlöffel und Pfannenwender hingen waren total klebrig.Das Besteck war in einem Köcher auch total klebrig. Habe alles in die Spülmaschiene gegeben. Anschließend die Sachen über die Spüle aufgehängt,damit der Fettdunst vom Herd nicht so dran kommt. Eine gite Abzugshaube wäre wichtig. Die Verlänngerungskabel in der Küche sind auch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Überall in den Ecken in der Küche war ziemlich viel Dreck. Toaster nicht benutzt,weil auch nicht sauber. Liegeauflage und Gardine total fleckig. Der Hit war das große Hirschgeweih über dem Bett,das total voll Spinnenwebe und Staub war. Es tut mir leid das ich diese negative Aussage machen muss. Aber es sind Sachen die wichtig sind und die man einfach beheben kann. Was noch zu erwähnen wäre, das man die Koffer bei der Verschickung an die Vermieterin schicken muss und nicht an die Wohnanlage. Wir hatten 2 Koffer mit Hermes geschickt.

Wir haben wundervolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnanlage Partnach in Garmisch-Partenkirchen verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Zentrum und an vielen schönen Wanderwegen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Kein Missfallen, nur Info Nähe der Bahngleise , Züge und die frühe Belieferung der Lebensmittelmärkte sind moderat zu hören. Bei geschlossener Terrassentür kaum Kein Störfaktor für uns !

Просторные аппартаменты, много комнат для двоих, наличие кухни, обилие кухонных принадлежностей, посуды. Вид на горы есть, но не обширный. Возможность включения отопления при похолодании. Терраса при аппартаментах на лужайке . В хорошую погоду с кофе можно посидеть

Практически полное отсутствие Wi-Fi, только в одной комнате , и то без возможности разговора , только переписка. Хорошо, что были еSim у нас.!Очень хотелось на верхний этаж , с более полным обзором на горы, но возможность была исключена. Полотенца не меняли за 9 ночей ни разу,приходилось что нибудь придумывать...

Lage und Parken in der Tiefgarage

Wohnung war nicht besonders sauber, Schimmel in der Dusche, 1x Handtücher für 6 Tage ( ein Witz), die Elektrogeräte in der Küche sind altbacken, Matratzen viel zu weich und laut. Dazu wird noch verlangt, den Müll zu trennen und zu entsorgen bzw.die Betten abzuziehen und in den Waschraum zu bringen. Apropos Waschraum: Waschmaschine und Trockner laufen nur gegen Gebühr, sind auch nicht gerade auf'm neuesten Stand und dementsprechend fielen auch die Reinigungsergebnisse aus. Anfragen im Vorfeld der Reise wurden nicht beantwortet, als Willkommensgruß wurde uns lediglich die Hausordnung serviert. Für Menschen mit schlechtem Schlaf ist die Wohnung auch nicht geeignet, weil in unmittelbarer Nähe der Fluss und die Bahn vorbeirauschen.

Грязно. Непозволительно грязно. Под потолком много паутины, на ковре и шторах какие-то древние пятна, на батареях отопления пыль, на полках пыль. При попытках открыть и закрыть жалюзи на балконе из каких-то щелей на балкон вываливались куски грязи (мы предположили, что это остатки либо пчелиного, либо птичьего гнезда). Постельное белье хоть и чистое, но очень пожелтевшее. И самое неприятное - это подушки. Они отвратительные. Плоские, как лист бумаги. Пришлось покупать новую подушку в ближайшем супермаркете. Очень хорошая слышимость, слышно, как кашляют соседи

Man muss mit dem Auto zum Lift fahren, aber das ist alles gut machbar. Die Geschäfte sind direkt um die Ecke und die Wohnung liegt nicht zur Bahnseite, daher ist es ganz ruhig in der Nacht!!!!
