A partment with amazing mountain views.

Great city centre apartment with amazing mountain views. The apartments are close to the train station. It was convenient to get there for skiing. Well equipped kitchen. Emma sent all the instructions, and the check-in very late in the evening went flawlessly. Already booked again for next winter.

Amazing apartment with great views and a great location.

Excellent location, great amenities, amazing view from the balcony. Emma was a wonderful hostess, even though she was not on site, she provided clear and easy to follow instructions on how to check in.

The only issue I can think of is that there is only one key to the apartment.

A great place to start exploring!

A nice, equipped apartment, located near the train station, so we could explore the whole tourist area. The lady was very helpful and helped us get the GaPa Card, and we could visit the city and the whole tourist area for free.

Really nice place

Very close to Zugspitze cogwheel train Nice kitchen. They folded the dish cloth and the sponge very nicely. Felt very welcome . They have washing and drying machine as well.

We had a relaxing few days after the craziness of Oktoberfest.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was great - close to the train station, and about a 10 minute walk to Liedl and to the pedestrian mall. We would absolutely book again. Thanks so much for a perfect stay.

I really can't complain. I guess one minor issue with rentals is, I never know whether they have shampoo. It would be nice to know ahead so we can pick some up at the market before checking in. This is really more of a suggestion for the booking agent (booking.com) to let us know minor details like this. I really can't think of anything I didn't like about the rental.

Comfortable and charming in a perfect location

Amazing location, right near the main train station. So easy to get around. Check in was easy and quick. The place was clean, comfortable and very charming.

A great place to stay

The location is very convenient for travelling by train, just a few steps from the station. It's also within a reasonably short walk from the centre and there are very nice eateries all around. The apartment is well furnished and clean. The balcony is excellent, with a mountain view and a river sound :) It's always a matter of personal preference, but we found the beds (including the couch) comfortable. Northern view (and good engineering of the building itself) ensure that the temperature indoors is reasonable even when it's really hot outside. Last but not least, contact with the owner is excellent. The key pick up procedure has a little "urban game" flavour, but the instructions provided were really easy to follow and everything worked as advertised. I also appreciated the info package provided in the apartment, a bit like what hotels used to do but no longer bother.

Our room was very cosy and homely and we liked the balcony with mountain view. Good access to the supermarket and very close to the train station.

Perfect 10 for Deer’s Den

Perfect 10 stay at Deer’s Den. Host Emma was easy to reach and gave clear instructions for finding the place and checking in. Complete amenities - toiletries and for cooking and cleaning… Apartment is clean, sheets and towels are fresh and crisp. Easy access to gapa train station and zugspitzbahn. Lastly, 5 star view of the mountains and running stream at the backside of the apartment building.

The den is nice! It is quiet and comfortable and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. It has a great view of the mountains too. Also a very good value.

Comfortable nice apartment with mountain views

Well located to be able to easily access area attractions. Comfortable, warm apartment with views, with thoughtful additions such as wine glasses and washer-drier to make our stay a pleasure. The fold up bed was adequately comfortable, more than it looked at first.

Key access and finding the appartment was tricky, even with good instructions from the host. Not what you need after a long drive and it starting to rain. Some fresh coffee to be able to use the coffee machine instead of buying a whole pack for a few days would have been a pleasant extra.

Superb

Perfect apartment for my stay and located very conveniently for the railway station. Equipped with everything I could possibly want and more. Wonderful to be able to sit out on a balcony and watch the swirling clouds around the surrounding hill tops.

Great stay with all we needed

It’s walking distance both to the lifts up in the mountain and the very cozy center. Super easy check in and out and the apartment had all we needed as a family visiting GAP a few days. We all had a very good stay in this apartment and in the city! Truly recommend.

All was great but the cleaning could have been a little bit better.

Superb

The location was extremely favourable for us. The apartment was super clean and tidy, and was provided with all essential equipments. Also having a functional kitchen was a big thing. We loved the cute jams and honey as the welcome gifts. Overall had a very nice stay and would love to come again.

The key was getting stuck sometimes and it was a bit difficult to open from outside at times.

The location is close to the train station. The staff was helpful to direct us to the apartment. The apartment is with an excellent kitchen.

The lift was out of order. It is a problem for travellers with heavy luggages. It will be good if the bathroom installs with ventilation.

What a great apartment

A very spacious apartment close to the bus and train station. Only 10min walk to the restaurant area past the Tourist Information Centre. All amenities provided, washing up liquid, tea, coffee, jam, biscuits, hand soap and sanitiser. The bed was very comfortable and the washing machine was useful.

We did not dislike anything, but perhaps an instruction sheet (in English) for the washing/drying machine would be helpful. We did find a similar machine manual on a web site. We arrived on a Sunday and most shops were closed so perhaps a list of close grocery shops with their hours would be helpful. None of these are criticisms of the apartment just some ides. We would definitely stay there again and were sad to leave.
