Great location for access to the skiing an the centre of Garmisch. The property has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, I would certainly recommend staying here.

This 3 bedroom apartment was fantastic. Great location and great value. Walking distance to everything Garmisch has to offer. It was better than the photos...super clean, completely updated, and comfortable. Nice welcome gifts were left for us! Communication was fantastic and it was easy to get into the apartment upon arrival with the keys from the lockbox. Antonia popped by to check on us on day 2 of our stay, which was very nice of her. Three surface parking spots available in front of the apartment (first come, first served) and plenty of underground parking available. Laundry available in the basement of the building for a small per load fee.
Our stay was during a period of unseasonably hot weather averaging 30+ degrees. The apartment has no air conditioning, which is the standard is Garmisch and surrounding areas. We were able to manage the internal temperature pretty well with the windows.
