A great location and a really nice two-bedroom upstairs apartment with a very nice host! It’s ideally located not far from great restaurants and is right on the way to Zugspitze with an easy drive to catch the cable car to the top. The directions for gaining access were clear and the 5 euro parking was nice and wide (which is not always the case).
The upper apartment was a bit warm but with open windows and skylights ans and a single fan, it cooled enough to sleep comfortably.

It was nice and spacious, quiet and had everything we needed for our stay! It’s located close to a bus station and not too far from a supermarket. It was nice that there was baking paper, salt and pepper in the apartment - probably leftovers of earlier guests.
Very cosy and good accommodation.
There is a motion sensor for the light in the hallway which is overly sensitive. If you leave the bedroom door to the hallway open at night for fresher air, the bright light will turn on with movements during sleep. This was quite frustrating and I’d recommend switching the motion sensor for a light switch.

The apartment was the right size for the three of us and we were very happy to have YouTube! It was clean and comfortable and the town of Garmisch is absolutely lovely. The apartment was well located for a grocery store and a pizzeria, and not too far from the town centre either.
It was a shame that there was not a fan as it got very hot even with the good shutters on the windows. It would have been useful to have a clothes airer to hang things on to dry.
