Bathtub, floor heating in bathroom, big apartment, new kitchen.
Access to garage for the car was not easy to find and difficult to access. Not clear where to bring the garbage. Bed was too soft.

Nice sized apartment, well stocked large kitchen, great location for everything in Garmisch
Large space with nice balcony looking on garden
The instructions for trash sorting mentioned different colored bins and bags. There were no color coded bins and no yellow bags (Gelbe Sack) at the property! Could not find a switch to open garage door from the inside, and also not on instructions.

Absolutely beautiful, fabulous and stunning
Wow what a fantastic apartment and totally stunning views all around. It was hard work to move from the balcony as it was all so beautiful. Very quiet area and lots of beautiful birdsong. I don’t think the photos on the website do it justice. You should show more of the views and in particular the awesome Bergspitze. It totally exceeded expectations. I’d go back tomorrow if I could. How May is the apartment to buy? I want it!!!

Horrible check-in but lovely property
Fantastic location. Spacious. Love the balcony. Parking is a nice touch. Comfortable bed. Able to air out property. A great value and during Covid, better option than a hotel.
The owner needs to be aware that the cabinet on the wall in the main bathroom is not secured and can fall on someone. Additionally, the drawer face on the upper right drawer of the desk in the hall is not secure and fell. There was a beer glass (small one) that is chipped and cut my lip. All can be fixed but may not be known. The toilet in the main bath is so very loud that one does not wish to use it, so we were grateful for the half bath. The entire check-in process was absolutely horrible. They did not have keys, sent ME to the wrong address to collect them, whereas they should have done so. Finally got the keys but the parking garage was not noted as to the address or how to access. This took us several minutes to figure out. Had to call back to get the password rather than being provided at check-in once I paid for it. Will never use this company again! The property is lovely but the staff is not.

Geräumig und sehr bequem
Die Wohnung ist groß genug für die ganze Familie. Die Küche hat auch umfangreiche Utensilien zum Kochen. Es ist sehr nahe zu dem Skigebiet Garmisch Klassik, was für uns günstig ist.
Man muss den Schlüssel woanders abholen. Aber die Besitzerin am Telefon ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn man den Schlüssel hat, funktioniert auch alles einwandfrei.
