Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder Buchen und weiterempfehlen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und traditionell eingerichtet. Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind neu renoviert. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr grosszügig und vielseitig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und hochwertig für eine Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung hat einen riesen Balkon und war einer von den Gründen für die Buchung um an den Abenden draussen zu sitzen.
Minuspunkt der Schlüssel muss bei der Verwaltung abgeholt und wieder retourniert werden. Diese lag von unserer Wohnung fast 2Km entfernt. Finde ich sehr umständlich und ohne Auto fast nicht möglich.

Séjour confortable et reposant permettant une réelle connexion avec la montagne environnante.
Appartement confortable et bien équipé dans un chalet traditionnel. Situation très calme avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes depuis l'appartement et son balcon. Très bonne connexion Wifi. Ameublement de style bavarois, ce qui devient rare, l'offre locative se standardisant quel que soit le pays ou la région. L'accès au centre de Garmisch-Partenkirchen se fait principalement en voiture ( à pied, 20 mn ). Mais, le trajet est simple et il y a de nombreuses places de parking au centre ville. Chalet très proche du petit lac Reissersee ( 2,5 km ).
L'appartement dispose d'un garage, dans le parking du chalet. Le bailleur recommande fortement d'y garer son véhicule pour ne pas gêner le mouvement ou le stationnement des autres co-propriétaires. C'est compréhensible, car le parking est très exigu. La largeur du garage est très juste et les manoeuvres pour y accéder pas évidentes. Pas fait pour un gros véhicule. Solution : garer son véhicule dans la rue qui est peu passante et ne pose aucun problème de sécurité.
