Excellent position in the centre of the town.
Mikail was very helpful at sorting out some problems.
Spacious apartment which suited the 9 members of our family.
It would have been helpful to have had the fridge stocked with food on our arrival late on Saturday. Garmisch shops are closed on Sunday. It wasn’t clear that we needed to have placed an order a full week in advance.
The overall heating was efficient but the system to adjust it for individual rooms did not work.
Some floor boards in the downstairs bathroom were not sealed properly and remained damp. There was, at times, a smell of damp in this bathroom.

Mikails place was amazing, as a group of 7 it was still spacious and well laid out, the balcony was a highlight with great views. The location was right in the centre so great access to everything. Mikail was also very good to deal with, providing lots of information and even letting us add an additional person to the booking a week before the stay.

Die Einrichtung war unzureichend und nicht für die maximale Personenzahl ausgelegt. Der Esstisch war zu klein, zusätzliche Stühle von der Terrasse bzw. nur mit Kinderhochstühlen nutzbar. In der Küche gab es zwar Bratpfannen, jedoch nicht für Induktion. Mehrere Lichtschalter waren hinter einem Wandschrank versteckt, Nachttische fehlten teilweise, Ablageflächen und Stauraum waren insgesamt zu knapp. Ein Badezimmerspiegel war viel zu hoch montiert, das Licht fast überall kaum brauchbar. Materialien wirkten billig, der Laminatboden war mit Klebeband geflickt. In zwei von drei Badezimmern funktionierte die Heizung nicht, ein Duschmischventil war defekt und ein Bad hatte dauerhaft nassen Boden. Skiraum gabs leider auch keinen.
