Our holiday home was built in 2019 in a completely new building and is generously cut with approx. 180sqm. The cozy and modern furnishings make the house perfect for families or groups of up to 9 people. The open, visible roof structure on the upper floor gives the house a cozy alpine feeling.

Es war alles wirklich super. Tolle Lage, Supermarkt nebenan, sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Negativ war die Kaffeemaschine, die keine Standardfilter verwendet (dann legen Sie doch bitte die passenden dazu) und die extrem schwitzigen Matratzenschoner.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber...Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt....die Nähe zum Hausberg war toll ... aber mit Skiaustüstung musste man mit dem Auto fahren ... Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wir haben hier 1 Woche im Sommer (Juni/Juli) 2020 verbracht und können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Zentral, aber ruhig gelegen und toll ausgestattet. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Sehr sauberes und gut gelegenes Haus. Komplett und sehr wohnlich ausgestattet. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Abwicklung war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Haben das Auto stehengelassen und konnten alle Wanderungen direkt in m Haus aus starten. Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten im März 2020 Besuch aus den USA. Mit insgesamt 9 Erwachsenen war das Haus für uns PERFEKT: Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, großzügig geschnittene Räumlichkeiten und eine super ausgestattete Küche. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe der Partnachklamm, die leider wegen schlechtem Wetter geschlossen war, was um diese Jahreszeit schon Mal vorkommt. Dafür liegt das Haus aber IDEAL für die "To do list...." wenn man "Sightseeing" mit Gästen in Bayern macht. Alles wichtigen Spots in der Nähe: Die Zugspitze, Partnachklamm (beides wetterabhängig), Schloss Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau, Linderhof , das Ettal, Kloster Ettal, Oberammergau, München, Mittenwald, Innsbruck.....u.v.m. Unsere Gäste aus Minnesota haben sich so wohl gefühlt, das Sie sogar einen Tag gar nicht vor die Tür wollten, weil das Haus so gemütlich war....Leider mussten wir wegen der Schließung der US Amerikanischen Grenze Hals über Kopf zurück nach Frankfurt International Airport, um unsere Verwandten zu ihrem vorverlegten Heimflug zu bringen, doch Frau Herzog war sehr verständnisvoll und hat uns großes Vertrauen entgegen gebracht. Dafür möchten wir uns noch einmal herzlich bedanken.....Wir kommen wieder #after Corona.
