The location is perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere, while the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation were simply impeccable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the exceptional hospitality. A special thanks goes to Mr. Ibrahim, whose warm welcome, kindness, and helpful advice made a genuine difference throughout my stay. From check-in to departure, he was always available, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that I made the most of my visit. Livalpin Suite combines elegance, comfort, and heartfelt service — I wholeheartedly recommend it and will certainly be returning!

Great vacation in a nice, new, well-furbished apartment in an excellent location

The apartment was super, as seen in the pictures. It was very comfortable for our family trip of 9 people. Equipped with all necessary household equipment (air condition, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, etc.). Complimentary coffee and tea. The location is great: tons of shops, bakery, ice cream, restaurants, etc. in walking distance. Garmisch Partenkirchen is a charming city. Zugspitze train station is ca. 900 metres (12 min) on foot. Communication with the host was quick and easy.

Everything was great. However, we only got 1 free parking place for 9 people.

Roomy well appointed modern apartment. Wunderbar !

Comfortable beds and nice large bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed and the balcony was a great place to hang out. It was so quiet inside even though we were in town within walking distance of all the amenities in Garmisch. And the doors to the bedroom are great at blocking out noise from others in the apartment. Overall it was pristine and a dreamy place to stay.

Die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung, die Aufteilung der Zimmer, alles war perfekt. Die Nähe zu den Restaurants und den Einkaufmöglichkeiten war auch sehr gut.

Ein super Appartment für Gruppen mit großartiger Ausstattung in toller Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet. Es übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Kurz gesagt: Wer als Gruppe oder große Familie einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Garmisch möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Rundum tolle Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns wirklich begeistert. Sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet und wirkt bereits beim Betreten hochwertig, gemütlich und einladend. Alles war absolut sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Platz – perfekt für entspanntes Wohnen auch mit mehreren Personen. (Waren 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kleinkinder) Besonders überzeugt hat uns auch die tolle Ausstattung: Von der komplett eingerichteten Küche über bequeme Möbel bis hin zu kleinen Extras war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Klimaanlage war ebenfalls super und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Tolle Wohnung mit super Ausstattung in zentraler Lage mit optimaler Betreuung durch das Team von Livalpin.

Super schönes großes Apartment in zentraler Lage von GP. Gute Ausstattung, perfekt für zwei bis drei Familien. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Team, das einen sehr gut betreut. Lage zwar an einer - vor allem morgens - viel befahrenen Straße, aber durch optimal isolierte Fenster kann man den Lärm einfach ausblenden. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist optimal, wir waren mit einer 4-köpfigen Familie, einem Ehepaar und einem Single in der Wohnung, also zu siebt, aber es haben problemlos neun Personen Platz. Sehr wertige und stilvolle Einrichtung. Aus der Wohnung gelangt man direkt mit einem Aufzug in die Tiefgarage. Auf jeder Etage gibt es einen Zapfstelle im Flur, an der man frisches Quellwasser abfüllen kann. In der Küche bekommt man bereits eine Grundausstattung an leckeren Gewürzen und auch Kaffee-Kapseln für eine State of the Art Kaffe-Kapsel-Maschine, die auch Milchschaum für die Kids zaubert. Es war ein stimmiger und toller Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es hat eigentlich alles gepasst 😃 Aber damit hier was steht: die Küche ist schon gut ausgestattet, aber es gibt noch Luft nach oben. Wenn man zu siebt in der Wohnung ist, macht es Sinn, auch eine etwas größere Pfanne zum Kochen zu haben. Auch haben wir eine Salatschleuder vermisst.

Betreuung/Service vor und während unseres Aufenthalts waren hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Appartement und die gesamte Anlage haben ein sehr schönes Design, sind bestens gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten, mit einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Alles war blitzsauber und gut gepflegt, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders gefallen haben uns die hochwertige Ausstattung und der angenehme Komfort. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend, ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Insgesamt ein perfekter Ort für einen entspannten Kurzurlaub. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle Wohnung für Familien und Gruppen in top Lage!

Moderne, großzügige und schicke Wohnung direkt in der Innenstadt! Eigener Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, top ausgestattet mit allem was man zum kochen brauch. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hat wertvolle Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Wir können es sehr empfehlen und würden immer wieder kommen!
