Big, lovely and sunny space with a great location if you travel with family or friends

Great vibe and very spacious, big comfortable rooms and beds, loved that we had two separate bathrooms! The view from our room was amazing, lot of sunlight throughout the day

I noticed upon arrival that their usual check in is 4pm, and check out is 10am. I’m sure that they will be accommodating if you state previously that you need earlier/later check in/out, because they managed to check us in at 3:15 Also there are a LOT of electric outlets in the space, so maybe a bag with the baby proofing covers would be great to add ☺️

Beautiful apartment in a a great location.

The location was really convenient. Close to the train station and also to the main part of town. The apartment was spacious and we loved the kitchen and the eating nook!

There was nothing that could have made our stay better to be honest. The only slightly surprising part for the charge to use the washing machine and dryer - this was unexpected, and I thought a little expensive.

Beautiful space, convenient location, friendly hosts.

The host texted us the codes for the doors so entering was extrememly easy - and we always had the codes readily available if I forgot them (!). The apartment was very spacious (we were a family of five adults), comfortable, and immaculate. The location is excellent - we had short drives to the major sites and we walked to several awesome restaurants. It was about a one hour drive from Munich.

There are two things that I didn't like, and I am not sure that either of them are the responisibilty of the hosts, but maybe the responsibility is with Booking.com. I have already discussed these with the host, and would love to hear from Booking.com. The first is that the listing on Booking.com indicated that the apartment had a washing machine and a dryer. Having those was a very important reason for choosing this apartment, and we packed accordingly. However, while there are two washing machines and a dryer available (for a charge), they are in the basement. On the host's own website (which I did not check until this issue came up since I relied on the Booking.com description), it does clearly indicate that the machines are in the basement. Because the machines were shared, they were in use the first four times we checked. The second thing I didn't like was that despsite the messsage that I got from Booking.com that I made made a final payment, I was told by the host that I owed an additional amount for the city tax. I am not a world traveler, so I didn't know about a "city tax" but, again, I thought I had paid the total amount due through Booking.com.

New, well equipped and comfortable appartement. Very friendly hosts that provide good recommendations for restaurants and ski areas. Situated in the city center with restaurants and shops on walking distance. Easy to reach by car or train with station directly in front of the house. From there public transportation to other ski areas every hour.

Great location and really nice apartment.The information provided by the host was informative and really accessible through the online portal / link that could be customised

Check in at 4pm and check out at 10am on a not ideal which lessens the time in the property that is costing good money, in particular over the winter period when it starts getting dark soon after 4pm. I’m not sure why 6hrs is needed for cleaning. Otherwise the property and stay was good.

Perfect getaway for family

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. It was extremely comfortable and decorated with classic alpine style. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful! We look forward to staying again.
