Great stay! Could be made more comfortable with some basics.

Really good location; short walk to grocery stores, bakeries and Garmisch town center. Spacious rooms and living area and has a great view from balcony. Free parking in street. Easy instructions for check in.

Lacks some basic kitchenware such as teaspoons, oven mittens, scissors. Instructions for check out can be clearer.

Amazing apartment. Very big and spacious. Incredible view in the mountains from the balcony. We were able to cook ourselves too, as there was all the required utensils in the kitchen. Very nice living room to relax and comfortable beds. The bus stop is nearby, as well as the train station and all the shops.

The town was lovely. Dissapointed with the apartment and owners.

It is a short walk from town and the main living area was a nice size.

We asked the owner for help as it was 35 degrees. There were no fans and being in the loft, the apartment has velux type windows but they have no blinds. The bedrooms look great in the advertised photos. In truth, you bang your head and it feels claustrophobic. I messaged the owners more than once and Ive still not had a reply. We slept on the floor in the front room for 2 nights so we could feel the breeze from the only door to outside. We came away very tired and a little annoyed. The kitchen was stocked nicely but stank of rotting veg. The washing machine is in the basement. There is a charge to wash and you need your own soap powder. There are no baskets for carrying the washing and no clothes airer!

Clean and comfy with great views and nice neighbors in a nice neighborhood. Convenient to everything

The space with operable windows and skylights was sunny and inviting. Although it was hot, we stayed cool with fans. The kitchen was very usable and the open space worked great for our family to relax, and enjoy spending time together without feeling cramped. The beds were comfy, and we slept really well here. If you plan to sleep in the bedrooms and live in the living room, you will be very happy. The balcony views were excellent and we enjoyed sitting out there when it rained one night. The bakery and market was close by along with the bike rental shop so we rode all over town, up to the Eibsee, to the Partenach Gorge, to the Kreuzeckbahn and into the center of town for dinner. Yes, the apartment is on the top floor so you have to walk the stairs or take the passenger elevator. We like activity and don't mind stairway fitness training. We loved it here and want to return.

- The owner is very nice and helpful. Contactless check-in process is easy. Clear instruction was provided 2 days before check-in. - The apartment is fully furnished and room was spacious. 2 toilet provided. - Free public parking nearby the apartment.

- There is elevator in the apartment to 2nd floor but it need to go up by stair for half floor to the room. - There was sound of water flown when open the heater. - Need to aware the slop of the ceiling when sleep in the 2nd bedroom. - The facilities look old due to lots of use.

It was a nice stay - a very good option for a small group of people (3-4).

The apartment was quite comfortable with the kitchen and all the necessary kitchenware. There are two bathrooms but only one of them has a shower. From the balcony you can see mountains - this is great. The location is good, it is not exactly the city center but very close. There are several coffee shops in close proximity and a grocery shop.

The elevator only goes to the first floor. You still have to take the stairs to the top floor.

Great place!

The apartment was in excellent condition, great space and very clean. The balcony had a lovely view of the mountains and was nice and quiet. You can walk to groceries and there’s a bakery and a delicious Mediterranean restaurant walking distance as well.

The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows they were too big and firm but other than that the apartment was excellent 👌🏼

Wonderful location for visiting the city center of GAP and the beautiful mountain areas in the surrounding area!

The location was great- easy walking to cafes, restaurants, stores, and destinations. very good communication with owners. easy to understand instructions

Hit our heads several times on the low sloped ceilings in the bedrooms. No one in our family smokes, so we are sensitive to cigarette smoke; especially in the kitchen it smelled of cigarette smoke and we found skinny cigarette butts wrapped in cellophane at the kitchen sink. We still liked the apartment.

Large apartment with good resort proximity

Surprisingly large apartment, especially for one with proximity to a ski resort (7 minute drive). Two toilets, equipped kitchen. Great shower. Top level apartment, so space was somewhat compromised by the roofline but still plenty for 2 adults and 3 kids. A couple grocery stores within walking distance.

Not an issue for us, but there are three levels of stairs to the apartment (or take the tiny elevator two floors up then just one level of stairs). No stand for the TV, not a big deal, but seemed like a weird omission when everything else was well furnished.

Zum übernachten ok. Erneut würde ich hier jedoch nicht buchen. Völlige Differenz zwischen Preis-Leistung.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen.

Die Bilder lassen darauf schließen, dass man in einer gemütlich eingerichteten Unterkunft seinen Urlaub verbringen kann. Geht man von der Beschreibung auf booking aus, könnte das auch so werden. Leider fehlen signifikante Beschreibungsinhalte, ebenso sind die auf den Bilder zu sehenden und in der Anzeige beschriebenen Utensilien nicht vorhanden. Bsp. Waschmaschine, Spiele, Sitzsäcke, Nachttische+Lampen, … Abseits der durch die Bilder zu vermutende Pad-Kaffeemaschine, welche übrigens nicht so vorhanden ist, befand sich in der vorhandenen, deutlich abgenutzt und schlecht gepflegten Filtermaschine noch Kaffee von Vorgänger. Von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche kann man weniger sprechen. Die Bilder der Räumlichkeiten entsprechen nicht dem vorgefundenem Zustand. Zum übernachten ok. Erneut würde ich hier jedoch nicht buchen.

Die Größe der Wohnung ist comfortabel.

Im Preis enthalten sein sollte WLAN, TV, nichts von Beidem hat funktioniert. Generell herrscht ein Renovierungs-/Reparaturarbeiten, Bilder vor Ort gemacht, die dies deutlich machen. Als Ferienwohnung ausgewiesen fehlen einige Dinge, die in einer Küche benötigt werden. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht stimmig!!! Hinzu kommt, dass wir mehrfach versucht haben, den Anbieter per Phone und Mail zu kontaktieren, keine Chance. Am Abend des letzten Tages und nach mehrfachen Anrufen, konnten wir jmd erreichen, der jedoch keine Abhilfe leisten konnte. NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT !!!!! Die Auswahl an Ferienwohnungen in Garmisch ist riesig. Bitte besser umschauen.

Alojamiento sin preparar al llegar

Casa bonita

Al llegar no estaba limpia la casa y tuvimos que esperar varias horas. Las camas supletorias y todas las almohadas son muy incómodas. Vajilla sucia. Insectos en el salón. No me facilitaron la clave Wifi pese a que les escribí. Sin apenas utensilios de cocina.
