Total disappointment - The worst lodging experience I've ever had !!!

We were a group of eight people and rented the ground-floor apartment with three bedrooms. We arrived at the accommodation at 4:00 pm on December 26th, exhausted and sweaty after a full day of skiing. Naturally, the one thing we were most looking forward to was taking a hot shower to relax and freshen up. To our great disappointment, there was no hot water at all — neither in the taps nor in the showers. We immediately contacted the management, and within about 15 minutes someone came to check the issue in the machine room. We were informed that the boiler thermostat had been reset and that hot water should be available within another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, after waiting more than two hours, there was still no hot water. We eventually decided to go out for dinner at a local restaurant and returned around 9:30 pm, still hopeful that we would finally be able to take a hot shower. Sadly, the water was still completely cold. At that point, some of us had no choice but to heat water in pots on the stove and wash ourselves using mugs — an absolutely unacceptable situation for accommodation costing over 800 euros per night. We went to bed around 10:00 pm extremely frustrated and disappointed. Some members of our group were still sweaty and uncomfortable, having been unable to shower after a long day. Around midnight, two children who were sleeping in the third bedroom, located in the basement, came upstairs frightened because they were hearing loud mechanical noises near a door in their room. It turned out to be plumbers working on the boiler at that hour. We believe the hot water was finally restored sometime between 1:00 and 2:00 am, but by then everyone was already asleep and unable to use it. Due to this very poor experience and the complete lack of hot water during the entire evening, I requested a 50% refund through Booking.com and am still awaiting a proper resolution from the accommodation.

Comfortable stay, great facilities, very spacious.

Facilities were great. I think there was everything that you needed for a good family stay. Spacious rooms, fully furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, 1.5 bathrooms, great view, quiet locality, walking distance from the station and supermarket. Good virtual support. Someone else had taken my parking, so they arranged for a different parking spot the moment I texted.

There was no WiFi, and nothing mentioned about WiFi access. Texted the property through booking.com and they responded immediately with the code, price (a small amount, little extra) and an address where their manager sits. We assumed the money will be charged to my card as they had charged for the bedding/linens on the basis of my confirmation. However, next evening I got a text to go in person and pay for the WiFi in the address mentioned. I found that strange. The place was probably 1 Km away, and I went in the evening searching for that place to pay the WiFi charge. They should have mentioned at the first place that I have to go in person and pay it. Just mentioning the address of the manager doesn't give me the complete information. The extra charge for Linens and Towels could have been instead included in the accommodation price. Not seen such a practice anywhere else (extra charges for linen and towel).

Eine große uns super gelegenen Wohnung mit kleine ästhetischen Abstrichen, wir kommen wieder

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, gut gelegen und die Betten waren bequem und bei -11 Grad war die Wohnung warm, mit Fußbodenheizung angenehm. Ausstattung an Reinigungsmitteln lag bereit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, daher fanden wir kleine ästehtische Abstriche nicht schlimm. Als wir bemängelten, dass der Duschkopf kaputt war und nur wenig warmes Wasser rauskam, war jemand in 30 min. da (obwohl Samstag Abend) und hat ihn ausgestauscht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir würden es für einen (Ski)-Urlaub mit der Familie wieder buchen. Gegeänüber gibt es ein Hotel mit sehr gutem Day-SPA (aja) - dass auch einen Moonlight-Tarif für einen abendlichen Saunagang bietet. Fußweg zum Hausberglift ca. 15 min. - Bahnhof 5. min entfernt, dadurch alles gut erreichbar.

Es fehlen ein paar Dinge in der Küche um gut zu kochen (z.B. kleine scharfe Messer, aber genut Teller, Tassen und Töpfe sind da); für die Badwann gab es keinen Verschluss, um darin zu baden.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Ideal für große Familien oder Urlaub mit Freunden.

Die Betten sind sehr weich und die Heizung war trotz 30° Außentemperatur an.
