Extremely basic

The location and view.

The owner changed my reservation from apartment 4 to apartment 1, but did not amend the booking. So this review actually applies to apartment 1 but there is no way for me to leave a review under that property… The toilet did not work for the whole duration of the stay and I have seen other reviews complaining about this too. Someone came to ‘fix’ it but it made no difference. We were having to tip water from a bucket down the toilet every time. We never met any staff, so no one showed us the building or checked us in. Usually all guests have an ID check but this was not the case. The main door to the property was banging all night as it was never properly shut. I know that the area is safe but this was a bit disturbing. The apartment was clean however the furniture was visibly worn.

Nice

rooms are very nice and clean. location is also from train station (10 - 15 mins walking). Nice view from balcony and good to stay one whole day in this apartment. We enjoyed it and love to come back again in near future.

Exceptional

Lovely apartment in great location with fabulous views. Balcony at both front and back to sit out on. Large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, which stayed cool despite the hot weather. Five minutes walk to Lidl (great selection of pastries for breakfast) and the main and Zugspitze railway stations. Two minutes to the town centre.

The shower ran hot and cold intermittently. Having to pay 10 euros each for sheets and towels on top of the rental price (we were traveling by plane and train, so not practical to bring our own).

Safe area, amazing views, comfortable rooms and short walk to restaurants.

The apartment is located in a very safe area and has easy access to the main transportation center. In addition, it is a very short walk to restaurants. We stayed in two different apartments because of last minute travel issues. (special thanks to the management to work with this on making that happen!) Both apartments had amazing views of the mountains and we enjoyed coffee in the morning out on the decks.

stay was great and can ignore the dislikes I mentioned

clean, well equipped with crockery, big refrigerator and additional cooler, nicely decorated and well lit rooms, big balcony to all rooms and hall, easy check-in and check out possibilities, closer to supermarket Lidl, station and bus stop. Great view to the mountains from living room.

only one shower cabinet/bathroom (one additional toilet only), no hand wash. towels and bed lines are at extra cost (this they let us know only after booking), they charge the card immediately even after they clearly mentioned the possibility to pay at property), only one car parking per apartment (we were 2 cars)

Great Location - but you have to pay for towel and linen

The Location was great. The apartment was nice.

That we had to pay extra for towels and linen; and we only got just 1 towel - didn't have hand towels in the bathroom. (Had to buy some small microfiber towels). Felt really pressured to not disturb anything in the apartment - the TV rule was weird and I am curious about the story behind it

Location, spacious apartments, close to the city center and a walking distance to the Hausberg cable car station. Dishwasher and washing machine were up to standards and in a working condition. A lot of cups, plates, etc. You better get your own knife as the ones in the apt are heavy used and not sharp anymore. Beds are comfortable and clean

We had serious issues with the apts WiFi. None of the provided WLANs worked reliably and hosts did not resolve it throughout our stay. So if you really need wifi (as we did) you better check if this issue resolved

Wenig erwartet und enttäuscht worden.

Große Balkone, großer Küchentisch.

Es gab kein warmes Wasser im gesamten Haus, auf Nachrichten hierzu wurde nicht reagiert. Kein Internet. Absolut gar keine Vorräte in der Küche (z.B. Salz/Pfeffer), keine Geschirrtücher, Ofenhandschuhe. Handtücher und Bettbezüge kosten pro Person 10€ Aufpreis. Dass das nicht inklusive ist, ist sehr irritierend. Für fünf Personen wurden zwei Einzel- und zwei Doppelbetten bezogen. Das geht überhaupt nicht. Es standen also nur vier der sieben Betten für fünf Menschen zur Verfügung. Die unbezogenen Betten waren schmutzig und voller Haare, die Decken und Kissen ebenso. Zunächst wurde für vier Personen gebucht für 474 Euro, die Nachbuchung für eine fünfte Person kostete über 120 Euro. Das ist zu viel. Ich verstehe, dass eine fünfte Person mehr kostet, aber doch nicht in diesem Maß. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft. Keine Handtücher in Toilette und Bad zum Hände trocknen.
